Excellent video of the rare Black Wildebeest!!....thanks for upload;greetings from Chile-South America!!....una poco común filmación del raro Ñu Negro....gracias por subirlo a RUclips!!....
Боже мой, какие красивые антилопы. Таких не видели, хвосты и задний фасад напоминает сказочного конька -- горбунка, Сивку - Бурку.. И такие красивые грациозные животные могут стать объектом охоты львов (которым я сочувствую.)
I didn't even know there was another kind. They are much bigger with bigger horns. And why are they called black? The normal ones are much darker , these are much lighter with lighter main and tail
Yes, they only occur in Southern Africa and almost went extinct.....luckily their population is growing....😀 Thanks for the comment and if you haven't already don't forget to subscribe so that you don't miss out on more videos.😉
I think the statement about locking horns is incorrect. It looks like they actually did lock horns, and the bigger one was just too stupid to realize that it has to _lower_ its head instead of raising it constantly to get out of the lock. Watching this, I don't feel like they intended to "fight" this long ^^

Technically yes. Male Black Wildebeest are territorial and will fight for territory. The best territory will have plenty of food and water that will attract the females. The females will move through various territories.....😀 Thanks for the comment and if you haven't already don't forget to subscribe so that you don't miss out on more videos.😉

Да, они очень уникально выглядящие животные. Они встречаются только в Южной Африке и нигде в мире. На самом деле они есть на одной из наших монет.
