No age limit for ausbildung and yes there is Pflegeassistenten ausbildung for one year

Can’t Ausbildung accept B1 certificate

They can accept you but you have less chances ,with B2 you have 100% chances

Medicine is not ausbildung, you have to do a Bachelors.However there is for medical assistant, dental assistant and some other medical related courses
