  • Here in this video I will show a very common defect in wall clocks which every clock have. The common fault is they are consumming too much battery and they make the battery defective in a few days. Such clocks are a headache for one. Batteries are expensive now a days and such battery consumption is not bearable. In this watch repair video I will explore the way you car repair these clocks and watches very successfully and you can bring them to the best of its performance and prolong the battery life for more than a year! Must watch the video till end.

    Love from Australia...good work...
    Increasing the number of copper coil windings in a motor generally has several effects:
    1. **Increased Magnetic Field**: More windings increase the strength of the magnetic field generated by the motor, which can enhance the motor's torque.
    2. **Higher Inductance**: More windings increase the inductance of the motor, which affects its electrical characteristics, such as the impedance and the phase angle between current and voltage.
    3. **Reduced Current Draw**: With more windings, the motor may draw less current for the same voltage, because the resistance of the windings increases.
    4. **Changes in Speed**: Increasing the number of windings can affect the motor's speed. For a given input frequency, a motor with more windings might run slower than one with fewer windings due to the increased inductance and resistance.
    5. **Increased Efficiency**: More windings can lead to more efficient operation at certain loads, as the motor can produce more torque with less current.
    6. **Heat Dissipation**: More windings can also affect how heat is dissipated in the motor. More windings can mean more heat generation due to increased resistance, which needs to be managed to prevent overheating.
    Overall, the specific effects depend on the design and purpose of the motor, as well as how the increase in windings interacts with other motor parameters.

      میرا مشورہ اور صلاح ہے کہ اچھے چینلز کو سبسکرائیب کیا کیجیئے۔ اس طرح آپ کو ان کی نوٹیفکیشنز ملیں گی۔ آپ کی انگیجمنٹ بڑھے گی۔ اور آپ زیادہ سے زیادہ علم حاصل کر پائیں گے۔ یوٹیوب ایک فیملی جیسا ہے۔ اور اس پر ایک اچھا دوستانہ ماحول قائم رکھنا ہی بہترین بات ہے۔ شکریہ۔

    Please Sir, is the problem due to a weak electromagnetic field there by adding some turns to increase the field?
    Please how many turns did you add and the wire gauge used?

    • @engineerkohat
      @engineerkohat  3 года назад +1

      The problem is that copper is expensive. Watch manufacturers are saving by reducing coil thickness. Less turns coil have weak electromagnet, less resistance and more current draw. Solution to all these problem is to wind more coils of turns in the same direction as the existing coil. The wire number and number of turns is not critical. But better thinner wire to be wind till the coil fits in its place.

    • @engineerkohat
      @engineerkohat  2 месяца назад

      Wire gauge could be anthything fron 43 to 48 swg available to you. Number of turns are not critical. More the turns, better the results. Anyhow there are space limitations. Both wire gauge number and number of turns are not critical. Many number of turns of thinner wire is the best.

      @VenugopalanCheriyaveettil 3 года назад +5

      Probably one aspect the uploader (who has done a fantastic job) left is that you have to remove the thin insulation at the end of the copper wire when you are soldering. This should be done on both wires where you are making the joint as well as at the free end which will be soldered to the printed circuit board. The insulation can be removed by scraping the end of the wire with a shaving blade without applying too much pressure as otherwise, the thin copper wire would break.

    • @redangrybird7564
      @redangrybird7564 2 года назад +2

      @@VenugopalanCheriyaveettil this type of copper wire is very thinly covered with a coat of varnish that burns and disintegrateS with the melted soldering lead. No need to strip down the wire, it's too thin. For more thicker wire yes, it is necessary.
