"Did you see any loved ones?"
"No, just Snoop Dogg, really.."
I laughed way too hard at that
that whole bit just made me laugh even though its traumatic for her, seeing Snoop Dogg in your last moment before you die
I thought she saw snoop dog for real life but now I know it was the afterlife
> "Did you see the light at the end of the tunnel?"
< "No! Again: just Snoop Dog."
Snoop Dogg is so high that he meets people in the afterlife ffs.
Now you should probably meet him in this plane of existence, Marrianne.
He works in mysterious ways!
He’s actually a really genuine kind person. I used to do music festivals as an LED engineer and one time at a rap festival, guns came out in the crowd and he happened to be the closest person to me. He put his arm around and me and started walking me from my controller, to backstage towards the emergency exit lol. “Hey my brother, you might be the wrong color for all this mess and take off that fuckin cowboy hat.” Lol
(And yes his security was there, but they weren’t up there with with. He wasn’t the talent playing when all the drama kicked off).
He was angry in her dream- might be a warning tho. Maybe she pisses him off irl lol
(* flinches * this is a joke- don’t hurt me 😭)
Idk, he *was* trying to kill her in the uh… vision?
@@conservat1vepatr1ot so, did you take off the cowboy hat?
What strain of weed is Snoop Dogg smoking that got him astral projecting into the afterlife?
AK strain afterlife kush
this is an interesting first comment to stumble upon lol
@@cafangytang1700 agreed
You don't have to be smoking weed to astral project, but it damn sure helps 😂
“Just Snoop Dogg really” I’m sorry for laughing but that was comedy.
just another stupid celebrity that makes millions that i dont give a fuck about. but this womans story is really inspiring to alot of ppl though.
Brother has been married with the same woman his whole life, ain't nothing to laugh about.
Her nightmares were really amazing. I wasn't sure what she was saying, was it really Snoop Dogg what I hear, because my English isn't good enough.
This is quite brave - to openly speak about something so intimate, something produced by your subconscious mind in a moment of ultimate crisis.
I have no answer why she had such visions. However, nothing funny really. On the contrary, it gave me sad and scary feeling.
@@kevinfisher466 and your opinion is just another opinion that no one gives a fuck about, if ur jealous of his success just say that.
What happens when you die? Dadadada it's the muvafckn D O G snoopp dog!
“Did you see any loved ones”, “No, just snoop dog really” That line 🤣 Amazing story though
I was not focusing on the story and then when she said "there was snoop dogg, going to kill me" I was so confused. I've been focused on the story ever since.
That gives “i died four times” a different meaning…
I am so lucky that when I fell two stories down, that I fell a few mm next to the exact spot she is injured at. I only got a paralysed arm that is almost fully recovered now. I get her spirit. Strong woman.
Did you see any loved ones? No, just Snoop Dogg really. I don’t even know if I can laugh really.
I laughed so hard
If I was dying then seeing Snoop wouldn't be the worst thing.
I really hope snoop sees this and visits in person
He is too lovable!
I'm currently watching on my TV, but had to come and comment. This is so insightful and she is such a fighter. Great interview!
This story brought a tear to my eyes, lovely brave courageous woman 💗
Amazing story. Kudos for your strength and bravery.
What an amazing person you are ❤️ such a heartbreaking event. I really do wish you nothing but the best from here on out. You’re an inspiration.
This series is great. So many of these people's stories are heart breaking & hard to hear, but they are all amazingly strong people.
Very touching story but I could not help noticing that when she mentions Snoop Dog it's at 4:20. Let's be honest, out of context it's kinda funny 😄
"Just Snoop Dogg, really"
Woman is a warrior though
Well spotted
she's absolutely incredible
Amazing Lady ,so much positivity truly humbled
My prayers for this poor women!! God bless her!!
thots and prayers!
This is a beautiful video and interview, I've learned a lot from this...
High level spinal cord injury means she is a tetraplegic which is a terrible place to be i count myself lucky with my lower spinal breaks myself as a paraplegic
You are such a strong beautiful intelligent woman and an inspiration to us all.
Thank you ❤
What an inspiration! All the best to you!
'Did you see the light?'
"no just snoop dogg"
well my dear I think your mistaken, you saw the light...
What an amazing woman and an inspiring person
Great story I went through very similar when I had my SCI thanks for sharing
Your strength is superhuman like. Thank you for sharing your story.
Light at the end of the tunnel was just snoops cherry
What a inspiring woman!❤
My friend was in an induced coma recently because he had severe covid complications he described a very very similar experience
What he saw snoop dogg too?
What a brave soul 👍
Very sad story, very strong woman, I know what it’s like to be paralyse but I was lucky I recovered but have to take morphine which as made me an addict, it’s to stop nerve pain and interference between nerves. But I was one of the lucky 3% that recovered from my injury. I do feel for this lady. I hope one day they will find a way to repair a spinal cord, and I hope she will walk again one day.
Extremely moving stuff. What an impressive woman.
This makes me realize just how grateful I am
The memory thing, I can totally relate. There's a huge chunk of time I can't account for, (the result of being hit by a drunk driver) and what happened was my brain would attempt to make sense of it by filling the blanks with memories that were either extremely warped or never took place (Alas, no Snoop Dogg.)
Our minds cope with trauma in strange but fascinating ways, and I eventually had to come to terms with the fact that I would just never know for certain what exactly took place during the parts I can't remember.
Did you see any loved ones?
No just snoop dog really 😂😂
Love her passion amazing stuff man. Go get it girl.
“Did you see loved ones?”
“No, just snoop dogg really.”
life sucks sometimes !!!!! the mental job is something most of us will not experience but man it must be so tough to get over that hurdle !!!! cant imagine !! glad she's on the upside !!!
She isn't on the upside, she can't move, how can she get up, what are you on...
The inspiration from this gave me hope not with the same issues but just in life in generally,
heartbreaking
Well my half sister's still suffering from her vehicular accident sum 35 years ago. Thank God she can't recall hers.
May Allah heal you completely my friend
Ameen
Don't let your imaginary friend subtract from her own achievements.
@@richardhands904 It's not taking anything away. Why do you have to respond negatively to such a positive comment? 🤔🤔
In sha'Allah brother, the prophet rescued her himself!
Bless her soul. I noticed straight away that she had use of her arms and hands. Getting her neck muscles strengthened was a no brainer. That was due to not using them, not injury. However, paralysis from the shoulders down is a whole other story as far as arm and hand use. She broke her neck. My bet is a complete break at C4. Any higher up,even C3 and she would definitely be on a ventilator.
She FOUGHT LIKE HELL to get those arms to work. I know exactly what gave her that strength. It was the loss of ALL INDEPENDENCE. More exact...she lost her dignity. To be unable to walk is one thing. A wheelchair, even dragging yourself is acceptable. However, loss of your arms is something that robs you of all dignity...it’s humiliating. No one wants to ask for help wiping after they use the toilet, or in her case, soil a diaper. She has a chance at managing that more privately now.
She’s absolutely correct. Prognosis be damned. You don’t know. You can’t know. There is a definite SCIENCE-Biology 10-to it. There are some things that ARE definite. Try as you might, it won’t change a damn thing.
UNLESS (as we biologists hesitate to say) it crosses the line.....the line from Science to a MIRACLE. 😉 You have what it takes, luv. Shoot for that miracle!!
jesus christ how
As u said, jesus christ
Ketamine
Snoop dog, actually.
@@scottbott8525 dont forget scott ... i dont care
@@scottbott8525 "I win" ... you couldn't be more of a 12 year old
so we start hallucinating when we die
When our bodys are under extreme stress, they release many endorphins and different chemicals in a way it usually wouldn't. During Near Death Experiences or in her case actually dying and being revived. It would be expected for the body to be flooded with endorphins, this can produce a psychedelic like state. It has been compared to DMT(very powerful natural psychedelic) and there are theories that our pineal gland excretes more DMT when the body thinks it will die. So yeah, theoretically we trip. Only one way to find out....
@@lewisjames7167 it’s amazing and terrifying at the same time
Or when we live.
That will be the dmt
The one thing I'm scared of when I die is knowing that I have to experience that and then the transition into the unknown. Because dmt trips can last acouple min irl but when your tripping it can feel like forever so theres a possibility ima have the worst nightmare or the best thing ever
The aeroplane part was her being moved from a resus trolley to an operating theatre, being slid into storage was being slid into the table the brightness was the theatre lights and it's cold because she was naked. The Anaesthetic while being moved onto the OR machines can become light and she probably had a tiny bit of awareness, sounds to me how her brain rationalised it
That's how your brain rationalised it.
Bless her
I love You, Marianne. You're my inspiration and my heroin. Go up, beauty and strong lady!!!
My mum was in coma for 6 months she had dreams like that to ,,,
What happened to everyone else in the accident?
while she was put into a induced coma it sounds like even though she was put under she has kindov still neen swake.she said about the bright light that will of been the lights in the hospital when they do operations then the thing where she is lovked up trapped is prob where they strapped her intp thr stretcher and other stuff she sayd
Meanwhile, Snoop dog, high af: 'Yo I just saw this paralyzed woman'
"Did you see a light at the end of the tunnel?"
" nope just snoop dogge dog."
please tell me that Snoop will hear this story and reach out to her, i bet he will be super interested in this.
He already has.
Sweet sister, you got a glimpse of hell.
3:54 How bizarre is that 😅 Like, out of nowhere, and they're trying to kill you?? Really wanna know more on how the brain works. Feels like she was having constant nightmares, and that's horrifying enough.
Damn i wish her the best...
I cried.
I had interesting dreams while in a coma.
What happened to her sister?
Where was the part where she died 4 times? I missed it
Someone show this to Snoop.
crazy what the brain does in these situations! a friend of mine OD'd and was in a coma he remembers all his family like bingo balls bouncing around and he could only move his finger to affect which numbers came out. He knew he needed to get himself and his family out of the bingo balls and when he finally did is when he came round??
wow that's crazy almost like the brain protects you from the initial experience
i would genuinely just rather die tbh
ahhh my damn, her hands gesturing. blesa her, this is also hard to watch
Marrianne
i was only half listening till she mentioned snoop dog
Sorry anybody knows her instagram?
...Maybe SnoopDog Is An Angel..
How I can help?
Share, share, share this video. We have to get it to Snoop Dogg. 😂 I'm completely serious! He needs to see this video and meet this woman. ❤
Snoop Dogg? 😂😂😂 I know I shouldn't be laughing but that's so random.
IT IS DESTINY!
I never thought Snoop Dog would be known outside the USA.
Geez . Poor girl had the worst dreams
Everyone @snoop dog on all social media to get his attention about this
I wonder how snoop would react hearing something like this. Another story that will pierce through your soul, unilad.
Reading this comment before watching had me so confused as to why snoop dog? LOL
@@litos-hk6zm Snoop Dogg proving that there is no aftertlife.
Snoop really dose be everywhere
Lol
Something tells me with all his extensive imbibing that this wouldn't seem all that strange to him....
This woman's story is so heartbreaking, but her attitude, actions and perspective are so inspirational. Much respect and may only the best things enter her life.
The best thing DID enter her life, his name was Snoop Dogg!
What I would give for people to stop calling disabled people “inspirational.” And yes, I’m disabled.
@@myishenhaines1706 to clarify i meant her journey and resolve is inspirational. alot of people give up so its nice to see when people don't. tbh i don't know if I'm a strong enough personal to pick myself back up after something so life changing so it's nice to see that people do and can and i personally like to acknowledge that because of my own insecurities.
in 2020 I broke my neck and became paralyzed from the neck and down luckily after months of rehabilitation I have learned to walk and use my hands again I still have a lot of pain due to the spinal cord injury tho but I know it could definitely have gone worse
best wishes
Wow! What you have achieved so far is amazing.
Glad you’re on to a great recovery already, best wishes ❤
Smoke some weed and shut up u poof
Hero!!! ✊✊✊
ICU delirium is awful and terrifying. It's amazing this lady is able to so eloquently articulate her experiences.
I can remember waking up after a cancer surgery and feeling like everyone was looking at me. I sat up in recovery and was shouting "that woman! She's looking at meeeee!
Nurse:oh,thats Susan. She is a nurse here..."
Me:tell Susan to stop! Tell her to turn around and leeeeeave!".😆
I'll never forget how much patience they had with me...
Forever grateful.
❤Glad this young lady made it out with her life.
I spent 3 weeks in ICU and “asleep” 8 days after open heart surgery and the dreams I had will haunt me forever.
@@Driftak907 Do you feel comfortable sharing a bit about it?
after going through everything, the fact that she didn’t want to let her friends see her in the state that she was in right after the accident.. says so much.
indeed it does. indeed it does.
Shame that she was in Britain and Britain doesn't have states.
@@Iksvomid are you ok? By ‘state’ she means condition. The condition she was in right after the accident …
@@heyitsalisha123 Yeah, sure, not as if you know British slang... And by country you'd think she means a nation, and not a village, right?
@@heyitsalisha123 P.S. if that is you on your profile picture I absolutely envy your toilet and if reincarnation exists I hope to come back as your toilet. Have a nice day.
Who knows the way there are breakthroughs in medical field all the time she maybe able to walk one day. Who knows what the world will be like in 30 years even 20 years from now
Don't be sure about it. The problem with long term paralyzed patients is they lose after a few years most of their muskels and the bones will be very fragile due to the lack of permanent pressure from standing. So just restoring the spinal cord would be only a part of what is needed.
With the technology we have she can see Snoop Dogg on TV!
Ffs Snoop Dogg is literally everywhere
@D Legionnaire :D
He seriously is 😅
Ever notice how sometimes both him and Martha Stewart are I commercials for the same products? I hope they actually friends. Of I remember correctly she also had him on her shoe many years ago.
You dropped that comment like its hot!
Someone needs to share this with snoop Dogg
Love all these minutes with interviews. Such interesting topics and real people with real honest answers. This lady is so brave and an inspiration to everyone.
These videos are some of the best, raw interviews around at the moment. Fascinating subjects and so interesting.

Well i wish i didnt watch this. If i wasent scared of car crashes or death. I AM NOW!!
Anxiety overload
Wear your seatbelt. I used to work with police officers, and they told me they'd never unbuckled a dead person but they'd attended plenty of fatal accidents with people who didn't wear the belts.
ok i am happy i saw ur comment b4 i warched it so now i aint gonnna watch it
As somebody who has had a car accident around a year ago and was disabled for a month until my recovery started, I can tell you that fear is not gonna do you any good. Yes, you could die at any time, from a medical reason to a car crash reason, you even don't have to be in a car to be involved in a car accident. But people don't think about that, it's always: it can happen but not to me. However, you cannot go through this life with a fear, live every moment of it, be fearless. Regarding fear of dying, I no longer have that fear because of my NDE experience. No, it was not Snoop Dog, I didn't have any visions at all but I have been on the line, with death. It wasn't scary, it was the opposite of it. Cannot be described in words. When the time comes, it will come, and we all are gonna be where we belong to. So, I no longer fear death. When my time comes, I will be smiling for sure. So, take my advice and do not fear, life is too short for that, cherish it, live it to the fullest.
Youknow those moments when you go “ah I hate my fucking life” or “why am I so unlucky why does this have to happen to me literally only me” imagine living your best life and the next minute it’s flipped on it’s head and you don’t even know when you need to go to the bathroom and you have to rely on someone else for everyday life. Respect to this woman. Wow
why am I so unlucky, I literally just found this comment
Please tell me I wasn’t the only one ugly crying when the girl said she thought she heard her brother and fiancé say “washing our hands with her” and when she thought her family and fiancé left her 😭😭

snoop dogg trynna kill ya? whaat?
yea I can’t lie that took me out LMFAOOOO
@Blalo maybe she was listening to a song before it happened? or snoop dropped an album that week

This woman has a beautiful voice. If i was talent hunter, i would totally pick her up for talent check and singing training.
unfortunately she will have troubles with diaphragm from the injury, so singing would be an issue I think
@@highrollers5828 Nah, not that kind of singing. Just that naturally sweet and musical voice. I guess that she could growl like an orc if she really wanted to, but that was not the point.

Who's cutting onions?!
Jokes aside, another amazing interview with an absolutely incredible person!
Man! There are amazing stories out there! Kudos to y’all for putting them out for us to learn more. They’re all phoenixes rising from the ashes
