I like investing in close-end funds that pay monthly dividends. The trick is to hold long term and reinvest the monthly dividends plus buy more shares on a monthly basis or when ever you can afford to. This can be easily done because close-end funds are bought and sold on the stock market just like regular stock. That’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between $50k to $70k in dividend income
Just because there are opportunities in the market doesn’t mean you should go in blindly. To understand the potential factors that contribute to your financial growth, I'll advise you to seek the help of a professional
I completely agree; I am 60 years old, recently retired, and have approximately $1,250,000 in external retirement funds. I am debt free and have very little money in retirement funds compared to the total value of my portfolio over the past three years. To be honest, having a portfolio-advisor for investing is genius!
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’Sonya Lee Mitchell’’ for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
I agree the stock market is a very good way to make passive income. I have heard of several investors who were making more than $40k a month from the market. I'm ready to go into the market now, but I'm careful to not make a mistake. Or are there are safe bets?
There are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains from the stock market regardless but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience
Agreed, despite my rookie knowledge of investing, I have a financial advisor who did the trick in a bit more than 6 months after a lump sum capital of $500k, and I've so far made a fortune. I'm now buying real estates, gold and silver as advised by my FA.
I just googled her and I'm really impressed with her credentials; I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get. I just scheduled a caII.

You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.

I work with a licensed fiduciary named *Layan Talia Chokr*. Simply look up the name. The information you need to work with a letter to schedule an appointment would be included.
Things appear strange right now. The value of the US dollar is declining due to inflation, but it is increasing in comparison to other currencies and commodities such as gold and real estate. As someone with retirement funds I'm concerned about the impact of inflation on my savings, I hit $31k today, I am truly grateful for all the knowledge and nuggets you have given me over the past few months started with $11k in few weeks.

Of all the passive investments cited ay Pag Ibig MP2 lang ang safe, considerably high returns and tax free pa. Others ay medyo risky at taxable ang interest or may service fee pa. I've invested on two MP2 accounts and got my first dividend return after a year dun sa isang may annual maturity interest, pwera pa yung isa ko pang 5 years naman ang maturity. Masarap din laruin at natitipid ko ang pera ko sa pag avoid on buying sprees and save instead by investing it.
How much po yung nilalagay nyu po?
@@tsokolanay Maliliit lang, P500k yung sa una na may 5 yrs dividend (around P185k by Jan. 2026), P200k naman sa may annual dividend, and I'm now planning to sell my car, na hindi ko naman nagagamit, para may another investment of P150k siguro, that means another passive income of "P1.5k/month" (P875 sa dividend at P600+ sa car overhead costs). If ever I need transport I'll just book a Grab for short errands, if matagalan naman I'll just get a self-drive rental for around "P1.5k/day", breakeven expense sa passive income ko on carless living. Less stress pa sa maintenance at parking. Simple di ba.
Thank you po ma'am sa information..
You’re welcome. Thanks for watching

Things appear strange right now. The value of the US dollar is declining due to inflation, but it is increasing in comparison to other currencies and commodities such as gold and real estate. People are flocking to the dollar because they believe it is safer. I'm worried that rising inflation will cause my retirement funds to lose value. What else could we do with our money?
Personally, I would say have a mentor. Not sure where you will get an experienced one, but if your knowledge of the market is limited, it seems like a good bet.
Yes to be honest, investing is a smart way of securing your family future, grow wealth and beat inflation
It is true, inflation has taught people the important of multiplying income.
You're right. to successful on investment. Having an investment advisor is the best way to go about the stock market right now. I was going solo, but it wasn't working. I've been in touch with an advisor for a while now, and just last year, I made over 80% capital growth minus dividends.

Does it make sense to hold several types on Index funds in different accounts? For example if you have a Roth IRA and a standard Brokerage account, would it be beneficial to have shares of one individual type in both accounts or have different types of index funds in each account?

Kung sa Coop Investments, Sir Vince Rapisura ang expert dyan :)
As an lnvesting enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?.
Well as you know bigger risk, bigger results, but such impeccable high-value trades are often carried out by pros.
People dismiss the importance of advisors until they are burned by their own emotions. I remember a couple of summers ago, following my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to assist my business stay alive, so I looked for qualified consultants and came across someone with the highest qualifications. She has helped me raise my reserve from $275k to $850k, despite inflation.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
Stacy Lynn Staples is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Thank you for this amazing tip. I just looked the name up and wrote her.

Hi! Do you invest po ba in funds in DragonFi? Yung sa Manulife po?
No, sa stocks lang. I checked their Funds and may nakita akong income fund din ang Manulife, planning to try it.

Actually for SSS lamang ka lang as long as meron employer share kasi may additional 100% agad, pero if mag isa ka lang. I don't see SSS giving a good pension if we want to be realistic. Mismanaged kasi ang SSS with due respect. Sa MP2, walang limit dati, pero now may limit bigla during BBM. Walang nakaka-alam bakit, just to update you.
It’s better than nothing pa rin pag individual payor, maski maliit basta meron kaysa nganga,
Madam magkano maximum investment sa ALFM?
No limit
Tax free din po b sa diskartech? Tnx
May 20% withholding tax
As someone who loves investing, I often think about how top investors make millions through investing. I have more than $545K in equity from selling my home, but I'm unsure about my next move. Should I jump into stocks now, or should I wait for a better opportunity?
You know what they say, higher risks can lead to bigger rewards, but those really successful high-value trades are usually done by the pros.
Folks tend to underestimate the value of advisors until their emotions get the best of them. I recall a few summers back, after my long divorce, I needed a solid boost to keep my business afloat. So, I sought out some expert consultants and stumbled upon someone with top-notch credentials. Thanks to her, my savings went from $275k to $850k, even with inflation.
sa mp2 account no tax rates po ba? or may pre tax after ng 5 years nya?
Will check it out
Ownbank 7.5% pa for 1 yr
Would putting 20million pesos be safe in a philippine bank if i won the lotto?

Its worse here, our economy is like a flailing fish, fighting for its life. The normal state of the U.S. economy is actually very bad. Because of this it goes into convulsive spasms fighting to grow any way it can out of desperation. Tricks, gimmicks, rule changes try to stimulate the economy and prevent it from falling but they only bring temporary relief to people since, when you factor in inflation we are declining.
