С такими лопастями ветродвигатель малооборотестый. Для генератора нужны обороты побольше. Для ветрогенераторов надо применять пропелерные ветродвигатели. Они дают более высокие обороты. А потом ещё повышающую передачу. Я когда-то читал в нашей местной газете за нашего земляка. Он сделал Ветряк с класическими крыльями. Ветроколесо у него было в диаметре 6 метров. Для этого он построил мачту с железных труб и угольников высотой 15 метров. Под хороший ветер со скоростью 5 - 6 метров в секунду этот ветряк выдавал мощность до 6 киловатт. It was a very nice video. Sir in your video you have used the pvc pipes exactly vertically for propeller, what happens if they were to be tilted a little bit say like 30 to 45 degrees? Is it possible that even with low wind power the propellers move faster?
This can be possible by considering two things... U can install gear wheels, so at low wind, shaft will move fast, and also remember to apply a good bearings. The same things are used in actual wind plants.

Now use Wheel bearings of a car to suspend the Wind actuator, connect a bigger V shaped wheel below and use a cars belt or a bigger one to drive the generator. Then you can even drive more than only one generator at the same time. For example 2, 3 or more generators from old cars.

Well, you have to consider the welding amps needed to blast through years of rust. With enough power (say 150 amps) you don't have to scrape, sand, wire-brush, or even chew any debris from the metal surface before welding. Of course the quality and strength of the welds are pathetic, and dangerous for that matter. But, this is a part of the world where quality is uncommon, and life is cheap.
