The Most effective way I tried; Imagine you are writing every word you speak during salah. You will not distract for even 1 second in salah if you followed it very strictly.

I’ve seen quotes that say that if you are not praying because of laziness that you will have to force yourself because it’s an obligation, not our choice. So a way I tried was to force myself to also concentrate. What I meant by fixing myself was to read every word slowly instead of rushing and read it’s translation beforehand, and when that distraction appears in my mind, I try to get out of that bubble as quick as I can do that distraction doesn’t last the entire Salah.
The way i found for deep attention is to know what you are speaking ❤ Know every translation of Quran you are reciting and your faith and concentration will be at highest.
I have been struggling lately, I have my self forgetting what rakaat I am on and thinking about what I have to do and I have been rushing in salat. may allah forgive me and make it easy for me ameen.

1: Pray the salah as if its your last one, dont rush it 2: get rid of all the unnecessary things in ur mind and heart,(i suggest focusing on the meaning of the salah)
Salam just a tip for the comments, when typing Islamic phrases such as In Shaa Allah, make sure to separate the phrase into three words as not doing so could change the meaning. And Allah (SWT) knows best :)
