I use club de nuit intense man. I really love it. I spray a couple of sprays. I walk into a room and people say they can smell it and they love it. I love it because I get a really nice scent without spending a lot.
Watching the whole video and then going back using the time stamps I found 9 out of 10: Spicebomb Paula’s Ibiza Black Orchid Acqua di Giò EDP Carlisle ??? Prada L’Homme The Scent of Peace for Him Terre d’Hermès Eau Givrée Bleu de Chanel Parfum I could not find number six, no matter how hard I scrubbed.
Great choices! Creed is way too expensive TBH. I get that it has tons of heritage and brand equity, but I'd rather have 2-3 diff perfumes that I could use interchangeably throughout the year, depending on the season. One of my all time favourites is Yves Saint Laurent's L'Homme -- and its evening twin La Nuit de l'Homme.
I just found a new favorite. It's Herod by Parfums de Marly. I love the tobacco scent. It projects and it lasts forever. I wore it when my wife and I went to dinner the other night. The next day, I could still smell it on me and on my clothes. Great scent.
TdH - my Bianco Martini scent : any place, any time, anywhere. Issey Miyake- perfect summer, stand- out, feel enhanced, get compliments about it from those you want compliments from.
Your Fragrance videos are my absolute favorite content you make. Also you’re the only RUclipsr that gives Scent of Peace the praise it deserves! It’s my signature scent!
I don't have a big list to confuse me every time I go out. I keep it simple; 1 for summer day (marine), 1 for summer night (citrus), 1 for winter day (woody sweet), 1 for winter night (warm spicy). That is my year-round system.
i think Versace is the best one , but in the middle east they use rose oil with musk and oud and stuff , the smell lasts like 12 hours , its not cheapo either , I think for every 100 gallons of rose water , it only creates 50 liters of rose oil after they boil it for several hours , its not cheap , they use the rose water for cooking but the oil is used for cologne
Great list of colognes. Fahrenheit by Dior is one of my all-time favorites, along with Oud Wood by Tom Ford and La Nuit De L'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent. Gracias.
You should try beard oils as cologne. Oils are not over-welming when you first put them on and they last all day at an even level. They are also very good for your skin when you use a good base oil.
Agree about Black Orchid. It’s very unique and doesn’t reek of being a scent where you seem to be making up for other inadequacies in your life and it’s not trendy.
Thanks for the video Antonio! Love how you highlight different fragrances and easy to follow. I love that your channel appeals to the more mature career man. I started collecting back in December and I always pick fragrances based on seasonal wear/ time of day and what I can wear for work or an evening out. Keep up the great content!
I love Dior Higher and I can't find it in anywhere. Reminds me of my late father, my mom bought it for him. I had the opportunity to wear it a few summer nights in my high school years and it always got me compliments.
I’m finding pretty much everything I need in Parfums De Marly! Carlisle, Layton, Pegasus, Halatine, Sedley, Herod. Spicebomb is amazing too. No fragrance collection would be complete without Creed Aventus. Another favourite for summer is Xerjoff Naxos…. Amazing. ❤
Props to you Antonio for bigging up the OG Spicebomb. The vanilla drydown of the extreme version is too much for me. The original Spicebomb is brilliant. Reformulations have made it weaker but the projection till it lasts is beautiful
I love how you mentioned a large array of fragrances and not just your top 10, which made this video 10 times better, great work as always Antonio. My Fragrance Collection (as of January 2024): Dior Farenheit (EDT) - My first fragrance and will always be a staple scent, especially for the Spring and Summer months that I've worn on many occasions since acquiring it. The Body Shop Krishna (EDT) - My second fragrance that was given to me and is a fragrance that I dislike immensely and have only worn a handful of times, I only keep it in my collection for sentimental value as it was a gift to me. Tabac Craftsman (EDT) - My third fragrance that was also given to me and unlike the Krishna is a fragrance that is criminally underrated in my opinion and has become a staple everyday fragance that I wear on a regular basis. Tom Ford Vanilla Sex (EDP) - My fourth fragrance and is a fragrance that I love wearing as it's a sweet and elegant scent that I like wearing on a regular basis. Tom Ford Black Orchid (EDP) - My fifth fragance that I haven't officially worn as of yet, but plan on wearing it very soon and making it another staple fragance of mine, as I absolutely adore this scent. My Fragance Wishlist (thus far): Versace Eros (EDP) Armani Acqua di Gio (EDP) Tom Ford Noir Extreme (EDP) Versace Eros Flame (EDP) The Body Shop Black Musk (EDP) Tom Ford Ombré Leather (EDP) Ralph Lauren Polo Blue (EDP) Yves Saint-Lauren Y (EDP) Dior Farenheit (P)
Great vid Antonio. Acqua di Parma Colonia is my 1st fragrance love, will always be #1 choice in my 200+ bottle collection. Always go back to the basics.
I remember having a Ferrari fragrance, one of the best that I owned. It was soft, but really punchy. It was introduced in 2010 featuring Fernando Alonso when he was a Formula 1 driver at Ferrari. Such great memories, I still have the glass bottle. The only issue is that I can’t find it anywhere and even if I find it, I don’t know if it’s real. Ferrari doesn’t sell fragrances on its official website.
I don't know all of the fragrences that were presented here, but the ones I do know are all very good (got many compliments for Dior Homme EDT and EDP). Except Bleu de Chanel, there is nothing wrong about it, it just smells extremely boring. I still remember when I bought it at CDG Airport in Paris and wanted something French. I later used it in the office as the toilet spray. A friend of mine made exactly the same experience. Was funny when we talked about it.
Antonio, thanks for the video! I have not worn fragrances in the past 10 years and was thinking of getting back to it. I've had many of the ones you listed here, unfortunately "no animal testing" is very important to me and most of the brands here don't meet that requirement. After a bit of research, I found that Parfums de Marly, Creed and Roja are all good in this regard, so I was wondering if you could recommend 1-2 from them. I did have GIT in the past, and loved the smell but found that it lasted a very short amount of time. Thanks!
Every now and then I have the urge to splash on a little Aqua Vela. I was introduced to it at Parris Island. Not only a great scent, but also made a great mouth wash😂.
I got some Tom Ford Hombre leather, but boy is that leather fragrance strong. ..not for everyone I think 🤔. I think if you want an alternative Fahrenheit is a good choice
I know it's cheap, but is anyone else really liking the Cremo cologne lineup? It is roughly 20 bucks for a large bottle, most of them smell great. Every one of them that I have tried, the scent last all day when used after getting out of the shower.
hi, i used to wear and love envy by Gucci it brings me memories of my best years in the navy, ilsten to morse code while on duty then go out at night to meet the ladies i miss that fragrance but i can´t find it any where. ``envy by Gucci`` farenheit yb dior was also my top choise during that time 1989/98. best regards man.
There's zero reason to spring for the original, as noted. Go for L'Aventure by Al-Haramain for the basic idea of Aventus. (Or something from the Pineapple Vintage line.)
This was overwhelming Antonio. You said top 10 but talked about 30+?? I lost track of how many times "That being said" you said. I started smirking after the 12th time. Ha.
Antonio, I love your channel. You made a video a whole ago about 3 fragrances and you said that there was a special course that we could take that is associated to each fragrance. I cannot find that video. Can you please list the link the video?
I know what he means about memories from a scent. I have Perry Ellis Reserve and it brings me back to going out as a 18-19 year old my early adulthood.
Egoiste, the original formula from the early 90s. I bought 15 bottles of the 2.5 oz eau de cologne back then and still have them. You need to keep them away from light, heat and air. I keep mine in the freezer and since I have the pour bottles, to prevent oxidation, I just add tiny gravel in the bottle to eliminate the air pockets. I learned these tricks from my uncle who worked for 40 years in the perfume industry in the South of France. I still have five bottles in my freezer after all these years and they smell just as good as the day I bought them. Remember, keep your best and most expensive fragrances in the freezer. The alcohol content will prevent them from freezing. I also wrap them in aluminum foil to protect from light. This may sound crazy, but it has worked for me for over 30 years.
love your videos and information, one question people say we should wear only one kind of cologne/perfum to be recognizable, what is your opinion? I like to use different kinds.
I’ve been wearing Spice Bomb Night Vision for about 6 months now and it’s been an amazing fragrance! A lot of my coworkers love it, customers have given me some great compliments and it’s been excellent when I’m getting… intimate. Really cannot recommend it enough!
I Respect everyone's opinion but fragnances are sometines more emotional then personal choices, you connect them with past persons. My personal picks are more watery and thin ones then strong and spicey. My personal picks are Versace Man or Aqua di gio.
Hmm, if these are the ‘ for life’ fragrances, is there any reason to produce future videos about upcoming fragrances or purchase fragrances previously released ( I.e. not on the list)? Something tells me the answer is no because there’s a chance that the new fragrance will be better than those on the list and the current list will become obsolete, hence a new ‘must have’ list.
Check out Jet Black Intense. To me, its what i wanted or maybe Expected Aventus to smell like. Aventus struck me as pungent, strong, bold, but just not for me. I did however like it in the air, just couldn't stand it close up. JBI takes away the smack in the face Aventus gives me, personally, and rounds it out to a fresher, more casual and playful/youthful scent. If Aventus wears a designer suit and shades, JBI is Aventus wearing a fresh T shirt, Jeans, Raybans, with a nice watch. Its an effortlessly good looking man, in a scent. Doesn't reach for attention but grabs it nonetheless. Very impressive fragrance! Try it!
Great stuff here, as always 💯 However, I can’t help but notice you didn’t talk about OFG by Initio. I personally think that’s one of the best scents till date. Would love to see you review that.
Great video. I absolutely love Tom Ford Bkack Orchid. I don’t wear it enough though. It’s one I always want to dress up but I don’t find myself reaching for it as much. This year I will make it my aim to give it more shine and not just reserve it for special occasions
My current collection is only small, I have JPG Scandal, it reminds me me of Tom Fords Fing Fabulous but 1/8 of the price, and Paco Rabanne’s Phantom. my next purchase I am planning to get Dior Savauge EDP.
You should make a video on chivalry and rules of chivalry that still have a place in society. Basic things like walking beside your lady rather than in front of her, walking her to her door, walking on the side of a sidewalk closest to traffic. They may seem outdated, but I think they are still very practical. Do you know why people walk arm-in-arm? It's not because it's cute or romantic, in the old days it was for protection, it signaled that a lady was under your protection and she shouldn't be messed with.
Always love these videos! I wish I was more of a fan of Tom Ford & PDM fragrances, both houses do nothing for me, sadly. No harm in continuing to smell new things, though. 👍
i recently decided get into the fragrance game. and checked out pretty much all designer and niche brands..Parfums De Marlye, Creed, Dior, Tom Fords, Hermes, Maison Margiela, Le Labo etc etc... and ive come down to the top 4 god tier for me. these i could not find anything offensive from the intial spray and dry downs over an hour later: - Fall/Winter Day time - Hermes H24 EDP - Spring/Summer Day Time - Aqua Di Parma Bergamotto - Any Season All Day - Prada Carbon - Any Season Night Time - Dolce Gabanna The One All others I found something offensive...too flowery, burnt rubber, smelled like rotten beans, old grandpa, something died, stale cotton candy etc etc..
Hi Antonio, I need your suggestions for niche perfumes have similar scent profile of initio side effect, Layton exclusif and Herod. These are my favorites in my collection I’m looking for fragrance has similar to these notes: tobacco, honey, vanilla, coffee, rum Thank you
Unless you are collector i dont see the need to have 500 fragrances. Also having just one fragrance is a bit reductive. I my humble opinion you can do just great with 2 or 4 fragrances: 2 good autum/winter fragrances and 2 good spring/summer fragrances. The same way you develop your own signature style, you can also have your own "signature" fragrance. You can be the guy that's always well put together and uses that one fragrance that is quite nice.
Any of these under 50 bucks? Research two of them and they were like $125 Bucks A pop. Working class Dad can't really afford to buy something like that LOL though I am intrigued about getting a better cologne.
I have quite a few on this list, the original 66 dior eau savauge was my first fragrance gifted when I was 16 and I wore only that until I hit 30 lol. I need to buy a new bottle. Currently in Australia and I rotate mainly through Eau Givree and Bleu de chanel EDP , I feel the parfum isn't as great for the Australian climate.
I can't stop my Creed Aventus. I know it's not the first and I miss it that much I still fill those days of compliments. Wondering are you going to throw the 490 bottles you have, just missing with ya!
My favorite one is Sauvage by Dior. It is what you have in mind when you set out to buy a new fragrance, but you just don't know it yet. And the thing smells for a long time. I wore it on my wedding day -- from noon to 1h30 in the morning. We did laundry for whites two days later and the shirt still smelled. Also, misses me loves it, so I got to keep it. 😂
This is a great list, Antonio! A great alternative to 1 Million would be “The Secret” by Antonio Banderas, a much more easy to wear interpretation of Paco’s original. It shares the same notes but it’s got less sweetnesses and punch, projection is just moderate.

the sword of time will pierce our skins, It doesn't hurt when it begins, but as it works its way on in, the pain of growing older will begin .....
But how do they actually smell?
You only need 2: Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche for summertime and Mont Blanc Starwalker otherwise.
I use club de nuit intense man. I really love it. I spray a couple of sprays. I walk into a room and people say they can smell it and they love it. I love it because I get a really nice scent without spending a lot.
My top 10 list - talks about 50. 😀
yea i don’t even know which ones are in the top 10 😭😭
@@camronwilliams2453 yup . I have the same exact confusion lmao 😂
Check out the timestamps :)

The Scent of Peace for Him
Terre d’Hermès Eau Givrée
Bleu de Chanel Parfum
I could not find number six, no matter how hard I scrubbed.
Actually he just mentioned 9

Your Fragrance videos are my absolute favorite content you make. Also you’re the only RUclipsr that gives Scent of Peace the praise it deserves! It’s my signature scent!
I don't have a big list to confuse me every time I go out. I keep it simple; 1 for summer day (marine), 1 for summer night (citrus), 1 for winter day (woody sweet), 1 for winter night (warm spicy). That is my year-round system.
This is exactly my preference.
I do it the same way.
Can you also tell us which fragrance (s) you use in each of these?
which fragrances do you use for each?
I love this system! I might steal it... hahaha.
Antonio is always spot on when it comes to fragrances, this list is bulletproof
Thank you sir!
i think Versace is the best one , but in the middle east they use rose oil with musk and oud and stuff , the smell lasts like 12 hours , its not cheapo either , I think for every 100 gallons of rose water , it only creates 50 liters of rose oil after they boil it for several hours , its not cheap , they use the rose water for cooking but the oil is used for cologne
Versace Oud Noir is probably the best one , oud smells amazing
Black orchid is amazing, absolutely love it. Thanks Antonio
Ten squared fragrances explained ! This video should be seen numerous times to get everything mention and everything important ! Great job !
Agree about Black Orchid. It’s very unique and doesn’t reek of being a scent where you seem to be making up for other inadequacies in your life and it’s not trendy.
I've taken quite a few of your fragrance suggestions and so far I've loved all of them.

Sedley, Layton, Carlisle and you are sorted. Your search ends here
If money were no issue, I'd probably pick Xerjoff over PdM. But Carlisle would have to be the exception for me.
@@JonMadd which 3 xerjoff would be your picks
@@megaman2016 Naxos will always be my first obvious pick, Ivory Route for my daily (if only I could afford it), Torino 21 for summer wear.
top are
1. Encre Noire A L'extreme
2. Terre D'hermes Eau Intense Veriver
3. Armani Code EDP
Props to you Antonio for bigging up the OG Spicebomb. The vanilla drydown of the extreme version is too much for me. The original Spicebomb is brilliant. Reformulations have made it weaker but the projection till it lasts is beautiful
Allure Chanel Homme Sport Eau Extreme is the one for me. Matches my skin chemistry and lifestyle perfectly
What an amazing video! I can easily detect all the effort you put in order to share your top 10! Highly aprreciate thank you!
My all time favorite nostalgia colognes has been from the house of Georgia Armani with Essenza, Profumo, and now Profondo and my lady loves them all.
what would you recommend for at work vs going out?
I sincerely recommend you find Krizia Uomo ( with the two gold stripes on the front) launched in 1984, you will definitely adore it.
I love how you mentioned a large array of fragrances and not just your top 10, which made this video 10 times better, great work as always Antonio.
My Fragrance Collection (as of January 2024):
Dior Farenheit (EDT) - My first fragrance and will always be a staple scent, especially for the Spring and Summer months that I've worn on many occasions since acquiring it.

Great vid Antonio. Acqua di Parma Colonia is my 1st fragrance love, will always be #1 choice in my 200+ bottle collection. Always go back to the basics.
I have the Black Orchid too. It’s a good scent but I have a hard time finding the right occasion to wear it

Nicolai: Riviera Verbena. Thank me later. Amazing summer fragrance. Narcotica: Narco Oasis. Sospiro: Vibrato. Amouage: Dia Man (amazing)
Thanks!
Spice Bomb is a masterpiece. I spray it on my arm at home and smell it constantly. Love it.

Loved this! Can you make one about how you went about choosing a signature scent?
Right now now my favorite cologne is- Habit Rouge by Guerlain. I'm also fond of- Pour Un Homme By Caron.
Thanks, Antonio.
Antonio please PLEASE do a video on all the best cheaper versions of colognes. Example: Club de nuit was said to be comparable to Creed Aventus.
I jumped into my first Creed fragrance (GIT) and it’s incredible. Now I’m wondering if Aventus can live up to the hype.
Awesome! It's defintely worth the try.
I love them both.. Aventus was my first Creed and it's fantastic.. IF you've got the coin.. It is a bit pricey, but it is really good
Go with Aventus Cologne.
There's zero reason to spring for the original, as noted. Go for L'Aventure by Al-Haramain for the basic idea of Aventus. (Or something from the Pineapple Vintage line.)
I haven’t tried the newest batches, but Aventus quality is really a notch higher than the clones I’ve tried.

Curly Fragrance turned me onto NR Bleu Noir EDP so I now know to look for it in department stores. I go with NR because it’s off the beaten path.

Wish I could find it at a more affordable price. One of my favorites I’ve sampled, but hate dropping so much money on a fragrance
Carlisle is my favorite fragrance of all time by far

JBI takes away the smack in the face Aventus gives me, personally, and rounds it out to a fresher, more casual and playful/youthful scent. If Aventus wears a designer suit and shades, JBI is Aventus wearing a fresh T shirt, Jeans, Raybans, with a nice watch. Its an effortlessly good looking man, in a scent. Doesn't reach for attention but grabs it nonetheless. Very impressive fragrance!
Try it!

Bleu de Chanel Parfum, nailed it. Amazing versatility, get compliments all the time. Classy masterpiece.

You gotta talk about ADG Parfum. Honestly prefer it over Profumo and it is perfect for any weather, season or time of day.
Great idea!
Very informative! Great video!
@Real Men Real Style, Hermes Terre D'Hermes - what version are you talking about? EDT, EDP or Perfum?
thanks for the video / the best channel for men
Welcome! Glad you liked it Kaito.
Always love these videos! I wish I was more of a fan of Tom Ford & PDM fragrances, both houses do nothing for me, sadly. No harm in continuing to smell new things, though. 👍
Polo Green has always been the one that works for me in all conditions.
Great list! I have the entire Bulgari Aqua line and I use plate holders for my bottles. Works pretty well.
i recently decided get into the fragrance game. and checked out pretty much all designer and niche brands..Parfums De Marlye, Creed, Dior, Tom Fords, Hermes, Maison Margiela, Le Labo etc etc... and ive come down to the top 4 god tier for me. these i could not find anything offensive from the intial spray and dry downs over an hour later:
- Fall/Winter Day time - Hermes H24 EDP
- Spring/Summer Day Time - Aqua Di Parma Bergamotto
- Any Season All Day - Prada Carbon
- Any Season Night Time - Dolce Gabanna The One
All others I found something offensive...too flowery, burnt rubber, smelled like rotten beans, old grandpa, something died, stale cotton candy etc etc..
I have a question? Should I throw away my cologne after a year of using?
I was literally spraying on Prada lhomme as he was mentioning it. Classy fragrance, my girlfriends favorite
Hi Antonio, I need your suggestions for niche perfumes have similar scent profile of initio side effect, Layton exclusif and Herod.
These are my favorites in my collection
I’m looking for fragrance has similar to these notes: tobacco, honey, vanilla, coffee, rum
Thank you
This should be top 100!
Thanks for your videos again. But how can JPG le male’s line dont make it to this list ? 🤯
Antonio, the Original Magnum PI ( Tom Selleck) was 1980-89). So mot sure what you were watching in the 70s.
It was probably the acid.......
I normally wear Burberry London but it is getting harder to find. I like it for the wood smell. what would you suggest for a new sent?
Unless you are collector i dont see the need to have 500 fragrances. Also having just one fragrance is a bit reductive. I my humble opinion you can do just great with 2 or 4 fragrances: 2 good autum/winter fragrances and 2 good spring/summer fragrances. The same way you develop your own signature style, you can also have your own "signature" fragrance. You can be the guy that's always well put together and uses that one fragrance that is quite nice.
What do you think of fragrances from Lalique? In particular, L'Insoumis by Lalique. Would love to hear your thoughts on it!
Lovely review but please display the name on the screen as long as you discuss any item.
Antaeus is my all time nostalgic favorite!
This is a great list, Antonio! A great alternative to 1 Million would be “The Secret” by Antonio Banderas, a much more easy to wear interpretation of Paco’s original. It shares the same notes but it’s got less sweetnesses and punch, projection is just moderate.
Great video. Didn’t find Nishane Hacivat in the list.
Have you tried/reviewed Morning Chess, by Vilhelm, or Clementine California by Atelier? Are they worth the price tag?
Great way to start my morning, cup of coffee and RMRS 😁
That was Dior Homme 2020 and it's not powdery at all, more woodsy.
This video is pure chaos 🤷♂
Hanae Mori is the one and only for me
