This is more of an interpretation than a traditional English chippy tea. Our chips don't look anything like that, and those are NOT mushy peas! The fish looks fairly authentic at least!

It's a solid 4.5 to 5 lb. Clay was a newbie could not do it but if you can eat 5 lb should be okay

Where I come from the CHIPS would be a normal sized " large chips". Fish was big, peas shoulda been mushy.

That fish looked amazing! People might think I’m weird but I love mixing ketchup and hot sauce together for fried fish or I also love honey mustard.

Thanks for making challenges more clear with restaurants for a better overall experience! Safety should always be a place’s highest priority!! You should TM (trademark) a checklist for vendors just like your shirt. Something like: Clear Expectations, Clean/healthy (not raw or too hot), and Timed/weighed/measured to perfection.
