    One of the issues I've encountered in a few lifters with trying to tuck the hips as far under as possible is that they end up having SI joint pain from arching their lower back by a significant amount.
    Apart from that, this is another GREAT video, thank you!

    Do you have any experience in equipped powerlifting? Your videos on raw technique are super detailed and helpful. It would be awesome if you made some for equipped lifting if you have experience in that area.

    Is the bar in line with his nose or eyes? I have as issue with being too far up on the bench.

    When you are set up and ready to unrack the bar, are your eyes aligned below or above the barbell (I'm not sure with the angle of the video)? Where do you think they should be?

    Hey david, do u know why some people like sean noriega keep their lower leg/knee in a more extended position rather than a flexed one?
