- Wisdom of the ages teaches us that we simultaneously have all the answers and none of them.... For each of us, to do what we know is right is, at key points, to challenge our own egos and stay open to constant growing... We don't need anyone else to believe what we believe in order for us to do what we know is right and best.
Sending everyone who sees this, and everyone who doesn't, much peace.

Dr. Conte I recently wrote a comment on how your videos are helping me work through anger and how I’m working through many things through my past. And you responded, which made me feel great that you read my comment. Well I have recently reconnected with a friend that I made a lot of really terrible mistakes 23 years ago. He was the one to reach out to me after virtually no communication during those years .
We have talked endlessly since. And he has pointed out and reminded me of my bad behavior, often many things I had forgotten, because of that pain that I felt from betraying his trust and respect he had for me.
I am catching up on your videos and learning and growing through affirmations and trying to begin to meditate. Possibly the largest growing experience in years. He woke me up and I am learning to forgive myself after 23 years of the guilt and pain I felt inside. Everyday I practice something and it’s really working to become the best version of myself. To let go of thoughts that no longer serve me.
Your videos have become part of my routine, and I’m spending more time really digging deeper to improve the way I think to move on and beyond this.. You’re an awesome coach, Thanks so much, you’re really getting through to me and I’m sure to lots of people.. As always, Peace…
I took all your courses recently this summer when l was in LBJ out here in PHX. I can say you changed my life and path. You and Fleet Maull helped me put some very important pieces of myself together so l know where to start the work. Embracing my zen has helped immensely. I just want to say thank you and you have a new subscriber
Much Respect to You and Yours, and May that Peace Rebound and Smack Ya Right Back Sir!
Food for thought. Thanks.
Chris, Very good advice
I really would like to have peace ☮️ in my life in regards to my family.
Thanks Dr Conte. I'm a psychologist with over twenty years of experience and I love what your saying. I look forward to your videos and learn alot from it. Please continue your awesome work. You are a master Sir. God bless
Thank you so much Kevin. Sending you much gratitude and peace, for sure. 🙏🏼
Dr. Conte I’m so grateful for your work and glad I found it. I’m a 26 year old girl who grew up in a household with a lot of conflict and anger. I never learned conflict resolution or how to deal with my emotions and anger. It has always affected my relationships and friendships in life. It’s been tormenting to not be able to figure out a way out. I felt/feel so trapped by anger and rage. I’m not a big person, only about 5’3 but I carry the anger and rage of my dad who was a 6’1 320 pound man. It’s scary. It’s aggressive, it’s insulting and at the very least verbally violent. To myself and to others. Not sure why now is the right time to come across anger management or why now was the time for me to see and admit that I could benefit from anger management/conflict resolution/emotional intelligence but I’m just seeing it all in such a new light. Your approach to things is so straightforward, you give great examples that have visual meaning and aren’t just conceptual which really helps so much. The fact that you incorporate and apply the tao te ching speaks to me so much because it’s one of my favorite books of all time but I just didn’t know how to apply it. So this is a dream come true, really.
It’s been hard to deal with being a girl who acts tough, argumentative, angry, resentful, vicious, and enraged. It feels very not feminine which may not be accurate but at the very least it feels like being held hostage by my own self. Looking forward to this journey, hope I get to meet you one day… I’m on chapter 4 of your book. ⭐️
Hi Angelina! First, thank you for your kind words. Second, I think it speaks volumes that you are able to own your actions and recognize what’s going on. Your awareness is inspiring, and it holds the key to true personal growth. Please know I’m definitely sending you all my best and tons of peace! 🙏🏼

Saw a quote from Naval R _ the world is full of teachers but devoid of students
Great video!! Succinct and to the point. This way of being is a challenge for many, but what a different world we could have…! Thanks!!!
Thank you! Sending you much peace!
Again, thoughtful and educational. No need to defend your hat choice ….
😂🙏🏼
Love your advice and work dude :)
Appreciate you. Sending you much peace!
@@DrChristianConte You too! :)
Hey! great video as always, one thing I have been struggling a lot with lately is keeping the peace while being assertive with my peers. I am quite agreeable and people tend to take advantage of my kind nature. I have a clear picture of my boundaries and how I would like to be treated but in the moment I tend to “give in “ as to not create tension or make that person dislike me. I’m only 17 and I feel like older people assume I’ll do whatever they ask even if I don’t want or it’s not my job. I really hate being treated like a slave, I speak up but get so nervous and overthink about it. Any advice? Or mabye even a future video on assertiveness without coming across as a bitch 😅
Great question. I will address assertiveness versus aggression in a future video, for sure. And in the meantime, I think it's awesome that a young person your age is pursuing personal growth. I have a daughter who is your same age, and I definitely teach her the value of being assertive. Please know that assertiveness is definitely something that gets easier the more you practice it. Sending you all my best and tons of peace!
