I believe that models like GPT-4 are already incredibly powerful tools, but this is very dependent on who uses them, and I think that at the moment more than 95% of the population, if not 99%, hasn't even understood what they are and their potential.

I like the statement about "tight feedback loop with the world". That's a real statement. On the flip side, whomever can't see socialism at this point is blinded by greed. But the change is not limited to technology, is interlinked with many more changes at the same time: climate change, population growth, global pollution of the environment, the sixth massive extinction of entire ecosystems, scarcity of resources for only the 85% of the human population and the happiness of the affluent "first world" might end up in a human revolution that no one is predicting (Except a crazy progressivist president of a Latin American country Mr. Gustavo Petro, president of Colombia who said it directly to the face of the world at the ONU on 2023) add to that the industrial revolution of AI. Thats when becomes scary. The owners of the economy and tech might use AI to hit that 80% of humanity and keep it deprived of human rights.
I still haven’t seen evidence that AI is useful for society yet. All I’ve seen is companies say AI and their stock prices increase.
