Starlight skin definitely has that new skin design system, which is to be flashy as possible Collector's still pretty good for a 2 year old skin, English VA for it is on point tho, hope they wont change it
That is a debate my duo and i have each time a new skin is revealed. He is always so hyped about the flashy and "coolness" of the effects but i'm on the side of Model + Splashart > Effects. Tho it may be quite an untrustworthy opinion cuz i literally cannot stand the effects in game, my eyes hurts and i get distracted so easily, that's why i play in mid-low res. Thus, making the effects on the skin rather useless for me XD

I've used his collector once(trial card) and it was soo refined and smooth to play with, tho it's outdated, its still pretty good imo

Although the starlight effects are unique, it’s not as refined as the collector. The collector’s sparkle and feather effects are overall better
