In part c, since repeats are not allowed, shouldn't the answer be 2 x 23 x 22 x 1? or maybe I'm wrong, can you clarify?
No. Because in the first spot there is 2 choices but I only used 1 letter. And in the last spot I only used one letter. So for the second spot 26-2=24. Hope this clears it up.
