Moroccan hospitality is second to none ! I challenge you to go to ANY person and say we don't have where to stay or eat and watch what they'll do for free ! ❤
I am so glad that you experienced this. The morrocan people are some of the most beautiful, kind, sharing people I have ever met. One of my best work friends is Moroccan and I've met her husband and children. I haven't been back since 1996, this has inspired me to change that. Enjoy the rest of your time in Morocco.
This has definitely made me want to add Morocco to the list (just need to save to be able to take a sabbatical at work haha!). I love it when you can engage with the locals. Wasn't sure what to expect from this series but actually I've really enjoyed them ❤
Pity you are not Australian then. We have Long Service Leave built into our employment law. Work for the same company for 7 years or more and you receive additional paid leave. It's why, wherever you are in the world, you will find Australians of all ages on long trips😊 and I love it. So far my LSL has taken me to Borneo, Japan, Canada, US, Botswana, Zambia and Iceland. Morocco is next year.
This family is the true representation of English people. They are the best of England and there are many like them. Forget the stereotypes. That's coming from a Londoner from Jamaican parents.
Absolutely loving your Morrocan adventures !!! What a lovely feeling it must have been to receive such a warm welcome by the locals. Watching this video has restored my faith and showed everyone that lovely, genuine people still exist in abundance. Can't wait for the next instalment . Love and best wishes❤️
Wow and wow, what else can I say. What a truly lovely welcome you’ve all had ….how very very kind everyone is. Would love to see that happen back here.
What a heart warming video , when we announced to some of our friends and family that we were going to Morocco they said are you mad it’s so dangerous but the reality is the Moroccans are the friendliest people we have ever met . To be honest the culture shock for us was going back into Europe.
Totally agree @paulhumphrey3402. Morocco is one of a kind. People often get misconceptions due to some experiences they have had. But there is good and bad everywhere you go. Morocco is a refreshing place to be in.
Sadly my daughter had some money stolen from her hotel room in marrakesh this summer which tainted their trip, something you don’t expect in a top class hotel.
@@helenreasbeck1348 it´s an unfortunate and rare event I have heard happen in Morocco not alone in a top class hotel. Your daughter should have told the hotel staff what happened and asked for their help. Top class or five star hotels definitely have surveillance cameras, I am sure the staff would have been more than happy to assist her in finding out what happened to her phone. Indeed, this is the first time I am hearing about such an experience in a hotel in Morocco. Well, stealing happens everywhere, and sometimes one can get unlucky and caught in such situations if at all in happened in the hotel.

Yes I think Tagine is the go to meal in Morocco'. You always sort of know what's in it. I'm allergic to garlic and never had a problem eating in Morocco. It was just great. I agree the people are wonderful and the non tourist places are the best. One campsite we went to the man brought fish to the site and cleaned it there and then. ( with his tiny dirty knife). There are monkeys in the Atlas Mountains. You are doing really well. Take care.

When you see a bad period in your life, remember that there are those who have been confined to a wheelchair since birth, and there are those who have lost their sight since they were young, and then you will know how lucky you are to enjoy things that others see as a valuable treasure. I wish you the best.
I am Moroccan from Casablanca. This summer I was on a trip in London, and when my trip was over I wanted to paper-print my boarding pass. I found a service shop downtown London, the guy at the shop wanted to charge me 2 pound for the service then 1,50 for a black and white printing. ( that's 3,5 pound = 42 MAD ) I asked the guy , which service you want to charge me 2 pounds for ? He said I am going to use my computer and my printer and work for you. Imagine 42 MAD to print an 4×4 black and white paper. In Morocco it costs you 0, 30 MAD 😅😅😅 My sincere respect to the British people.
