We do not know the future govt, and any time they can set up rules to demolish buildings which are not complying the regulations. Eg. How owners cried during the JCB came demolished the building which violated the raja Kaluve regulations.
What is the total cost of house construction? I have the same plot size with an old house, please give an approximation for demolishing old duplex also..

The building is about 51 feet high , which itself comes under commercial line. Hope the owners or the authority are informed.
