I always wished for an English cover for this song, Colors of the heart was the first song that got me into Uverworld and the J-rock genre in general, so thank you for this its freakin amazing :,)
Blood + is by far my favorite anime! though I wish it got a never season or at least an after story. it was still amazing and an emotional rollercoaster for me
these lyrics makes me think of the game "the void". It's an obscure russian developed game from like 2008, and trippy as hell. The main combat mechanic is to keep the darkness at bay by harvesting colors and processing them through your heart, and it takes place in a kind of purgatory.

Why does it feel like this song was written as a reflection of ink! Sans’s past? I mean, THINK about it for just a second. An example for this could be found in the lyrics: “And on that day my aching heart broke apart in silence” could be a reference to the day ink broke his soul out of his own insanity because he lived in an unfinished AU! Another example is when the singer sings about painting the world with unseen colors, which could be referring to how ink, after using magical paint to help him feel emotions ( excluding the ability to love, he’s asexual god clam it), goes around protecting Au’s with the flick of his paintbrush. I’m not so sure about that last part, but I’m throughly convinced ink came into our world, was incarnated into a human, and made this song! Sorry, I’m an undertale fan 😔

This brings back good memories of my life and why I want to be alive and that I can stand on my own two feet and that no one should care what other think about them and that when it comes to love - there is someone out there for everyone!
