This is a quick video to explain what I had to do to open my passenger door (uk) after the door lock actuator had failed and the door was stuck in a locked position.
Any tips for getting the door panel off with the door stuck closed? I have trim tools but just not really sure where to start from, was hoping that maybe starting at one end of the door panel makes it easier to remove at the other end. Gotta love F30's, smh...
Yeah, I used this video ruclips.net/video/UIJ8EPw0YOA/видео.html. When he removes the trim pause the video and make a note of all the white plastic fixing points cause that's where you want to prise the trim away from the door. I started in the corner at the foot well and worked my way around. Take it nice and steady and you won't damage anything, good luck 👍
