    Hey guys I got this link from your black friday deal. I just have a question about the 2nd upper/lower body dissociation exercise. If i wanted to try this using a cable machine, would it be better to do it where I pull back when I go into starting position (more like a row), or better to do it as a push into rotation like a punch would be (more like a press)?
