Ok, wtf? Lauren Mia has flown entirely under my radar until I saw her listed on the bill for a show I'm going to this Friday (Anjunadeep on Rotation in LA). Now I'm finally getting around to listening to her sets and... this is some of the best music I've heard IN YEARS!!! What do we even call this? Deep Melodic Techno? It's way harder than modern Deep House, but super melodic and WAY harder, yet still SO vibey?!! Absolutely cannot wait to see her in person!
First 16 minutes of this set is from heaven. Must be. Just turn off the light, put volume to maximum, close your eyes and immerse yourself in these incredible sounds... 😍
She's playing Friday night in LA. I too, am late to the Lauren Mia party, but I sure am excited to see her live!!! (She's on the lineup with Leaving Laurel and Marsh, two of my other Anjuna faves!!)
