What I meant by "tablet" is like a graphic tablet. Its a special pad that replaces the mouse on a computer by using the stylus on the tablet. There are of course many cheap graphic tablets out there, but since you have an iPad, you can actually draw directly on the iPad without needing FireAlpaca on your computer by using the substitude program, Medibang. The company that made FireAlpaca is the same company that made Medibang the only difference being that Medibang has a mobile version so you can just go to the app store and download Medibang for free and there you go~! It has mostly the same layout as FireAlpaca, with a few features hidden since it needs to be compact. Do tell me if you wish to have a tutorial on Medibang for the iPad as well, I might make that in the future 🖤

Hey! Could I ask a question? When I scroll down on my mouse it zooms in, and when I scroll up it zooms out of the drawing. I want to reverse this. Even though you use a tablet, I was wondering if you know how to fix this since it's super annoying.
My friend has this issue as well but unfortunately it seems like the program has it inverted by default. Alternatively,you could press (+) or (-) on your keyboard to zoom in and out too.
There isn't a FireAlpaca app on mobile specifically, however the same company that created FireAlpaca also made Medibang which does have a mobile version and functions fairly the same and in addition is also free. I would definitely recommend that for mobile 🖤

Select the silhouette of the character by using the wand tool and select everything that is NOT your character. Hold shift to select more than one area. Once you selected all the parts that are NOT your character, go to Select>Inverse and it should invert the selection. After that go to Select>Expand and you should be able to set on how many pixels bigger you want the outline to be. Make a layer below your character layer and press Fn+Ins and it should fill the colour with your current selected colour to make an outline. I hope this comes in handy~!
Hi, the tool bar on the left disappeared, I was using the brush at 6 opacity and now the brush settings aren’t there for some reason. Now I can’t change the opacity, brush or brush/eraser size, does anyone know how to fix this? I have a windows 10 laptop
Supposedly, if you go to 'Window' and click on the windows you want, it will appear. Or you could also click Window>Initialize to set everything back to it's default settings. If that still doesn't work, you could download a more stable version of FireAlpaca which are avaiable in their website. I hope this helps~!
Yep! It’s recommended to have a tablet to make it easier and faster to draw but it’s not compulsory. You can always use a mouse with enough practice :)

I think that happened to me before. If my pen doesn’t wanna work or draw lines I usually put the charger in it and try that way and if that works just take it out
Puedes importar una imagen que tiene los colores que tu gustan y despues selectionarlos con el "color picker" tool o no se como se llama (el tubo ese). O sino puedes dibujar una lista de cuadrados o circulos y llenarlos con los colores que quieres y moverlos en una zona donde no te molesten par "pick" los colorers cuando los necesites. Sino vas en "window", y activas la paleta. En la paleta tienes un #1 que aparece, si haces un clic en el symbolo al lado puedes poner el hex del color que quieres, y hacer de mismo par #2 etc pero los colores no aparecen juntos y no es practico. Asi que mejor importar une imagen como paleta o crearla haciendo pequenas zonas con los colores y moviendolos juntos en una esquina y despues solo tienes que "color pick" el que quieras para copiar su color en tu pincel/pluma.

There’s this think called tolerance, set it to about 170 and the white edges vanish

How do you erase? Or get rid of the canvas turning purple the second you try to draw.

try checking the window setting, you can basically turn off and on the navigation, layer, pallete and other stuff in there.

The correction tool is located under "Brush Control" and "Correction (Global Settings)" is next to the 3D line adjustments. I hope it helped you.
