Me, too! I grew up with a narcissistic father, and married 34+ years ago a narcissistic husband. But, as RC Blake’s pointed out, we need to know who we are and not compromise our standards. I’m no longer living in low self-esteem, and have very strong boundaries where I don’t love my husband so much I don’t love me.

I had no idea I was dealing with a narcissistic nut at the time I had my second child. I was so overwhelmed with his tactics and manipulation, a judge should have sentenced him to hard labor for 10 years for existing 🤣. If I only knew what I know now back then. Sigh - so so much pain, heartache, and healing.

I think this is all very true and I love the Queenology concept...but I will say something - Trauma locked in the body and a dysregulated nervous system (the fight, flight, freeze or fawn response) will create this chaotic energy. There has to be a constructive response that not only changes the mental beliefs and lessons but works somatically and understands how women are corded energetically through their womb space and sexual trauma. Powerful!! This was the meat & potatoes….
When u see a woman that is constantly entertaining behavior & treatment that degrades her and she keeps showing up for it, there you realize you’re dealing with a woman who has no revelation of who she is. But when you know who you are, you say, oh, no! I’ve reached my limit because one thing you cannot compromise is yourself! If you go beyond your principals, your values trying to please or accommodate someone else, you have to remember the only person you have to look at in the mirror every day is you. Queens are not unclear! The queen is aware she cannot compromise her standards, she cannot go beyond her principals for ANY BODY because at the end of the day you gotta be able to love & respect yourself. And, I can’t love you so much that I allow you to push me beyond my limits & get to a point where I can’t figure out how to love me cuz I don’t like me anymore.
The way ungodly men get a hook into the souls of women is through pushing her beyond her limits. Once a man pushes you beyond your limits, you then loose control of yourself. Once someone can push you beyond your limits, they are now in control of you! That’s how you get caught up in a soul tie entanglement. But a QUEEN is clear when she has reached her limit.

After much betrayal and deception, and silliness and foolishness (on my end), i am owning and claiming who i am and where i want to be and i REFUSE to invite/engage with those that waste my time, drain my energy, violate my space and only bring grief and chaos in my life (narcissists/psychopaths).
