It is easier to build from the bottom up,. as you don't need a crane or lift to raise the dome. You can attach two sheets of plastic together using clear greenhouse tape - but it is better to buy a single large sheet.

Somehow have the tops as large windows. put it all on a cement slab ... coat it all w/stucko. yaa! ... maybe a horseshoe configuration open 2wards south ? or: a complete circle of them.
