Yes like, I know that the developers are mainly targeting China and stuff so it's only natural that they will not totally understand, but they tend to make outfits that are usually like stage/celebrity like for DST. I have given up on any pose stuff - I don't spend a single dime on this game because I won't get much out of it if I do. It's just not the way it's made :/
The white dress in the tower of zen is a pose that is usable. Idk if it helps, but I made an entire hot beat cloud suit with the dst makeup from the shop and that dress! Also I felt that, I remember when they made an event that was inspired by indian traditional clothing and I was so happy because I found a mini me in love nikki! But they switched the warm ray default skin to white, and I was really upsetted by that 😭
the only outfits I have that could maybe work are: - sky conqueror - moonlight sonatina (if you squint😫) also I put a scarf/necklace (Fate Returns) on her se you can't see her chest - illusive snow (with a different wig) and - phoenix of genesis love nikki give us more darker skinned pose #2020😑

There are some scarfs that can cover the neck well. Here’s what i found so far: cocoon dream, (star tie only works good on the demon suit), good luck: blue, trick of coins, mischief, dreamy light, battle form, quiet time, hug silence, holy lillies (works well with clair wish pose), wind forest fire mountain (not the hell event suits, dark crane suit), sorrowful overture, star cape, fox says stupid, golden gear, gale feather, encounter in winter (also works well with clair pose), auspicious, multicolor scarf.
Darker skin make-ups also work for “Winter Grace”, the second suit from Mucha collaboration, “Snow Dumpling” , the first suit from the Christmas recharge set, but you can still see a little bit of her neck and a small portion of her arm, very small portion. With a little bit of stretch “Redeemed Goddess” might work, but you have to be creative with her hand in the background.
Winter Grace pose works perfectly, you just need to cover a little neck area or you can pass it with the lighter makeups. The pose will always be the upper layer with any accessory you add . Also, if you add the lanterns from the recharge suit Night of Light, you'll get some Arabian/Muslim vibes . I tried it and it's both in my starry corridor and my avatar.
There is a 80 -100$ lucky bag one she's a elf and comes with a giant alicorn and a new darker skin tone ! I no not everyone can spend $ on a game but I just thought I'd share this information !
So I went through my own wardrobe, but instead of doing the literal suits themselves if you did, I looked for separate posed items that can and could possibly be used. Sticky Seal is a pretty good considering it is mostly covered fully; maybe some possible neck showing, but it isn't that noticeable truth be told. Dream Defender's coat. It is posed with both hands, BUT when you put on a skin, it just looks like her one left hand is out of pocket. It isn't that noticeable, really. Moonlight Muse, sine that only has her hand which can easily be hidden. You also CAN do the mermaid tails. It's possible. You just have to use a dark BG and black socks and the legs can be easily hidden. I actually did it with the dark skin toned Galaxy makeup we have. It works completely!!
Ruin suits are good for this. Death of Data you just have to cover up her one hand, Volt Ciel is perfect as it is. So is Angelika's Dream. Snow Dumpling from North is perfect. Chubby Lucky the Festival's suit is great as well, but in that you have a posed top and posed legs but can't use them together.
As for one's you can make work, Dream of Diana only has a bit of the neck showing on the left so if you have hair that can cover it, you're fine. Also, lighter skin tone partially covered might work some only from a distance. I got Sinner's Song to work, it needs neck a bit of chest and hands covered (you can get away with not completely covering the back one) Spider Hunter completely covers the neck and the bit on the chest so then it's just hands. Unfortunately, I couldn't do this normally and had to be able to move things furthermore one of the main focuses is what she is holding but it can be done. Last, one was from a diamond charge event we had called Winter Love Letter. Her body is completely covered apart from a small portion of her neck, mainly the back. Since it's the back, it's harder to cover. I had luck with a headpiece but there probably is a scarf you can use as some let you put them under the outfit and necklaces that cover the whole neck. There might me a hairstyle but it will be harder to do since the outfit has a hood and the hair would still need to be short enough to not peek over it.

i have a few that work with some of the poc tones 1. Wind Traveler (dress from the bard suit) this dress works with makeups for "Miss Skateboard" or "Warm Ray" as long as you cover her neck (if covered well, it should work with even darker skins) Hairs that can cover her neck include Dark Tomb (any variant) and Shepherd Girl 2. Chubby lucky (dress from the girl with pandas) works for makeups of the skin tones listed above, and again it works best if you cover her neck and this time her legs too with a long hosiery 3. Undertint Monsoon (dress from the frog in monsoon suit) she works with the same lighter poc skintone makeups but this time there is no neck covering needed, especially when using makeups for 'Miss Skateboard" once again you need to cover her legs with a long hosiery 4. Snowfield Spirit (top from the north wolf suit) works with lighter poc tones, you can cover legs with bottoms or hosiery i hope these helped even though they only really work with the lighter poc tones
Actually, Clair's Wish's recipes are available in the users shop thingy for 400 something diamonds. You just need to make some really hard decisions in order to decide to actually spend diamonds on the recipes or on any event ever.

A really good one I've used is Crescent Appointment from the Kiss of Crescent suit. There is some skin showing on the neck/chest and arm, but I put on the matching skintone for the makeup. That takes care of the neck and chest area. The only part of the dark skintone that shows is part of the arms which I covered up with the Tender like Snow coat from the suit Tipsy as Snow. That coat also covers the tiny piece of default skintone that's showing on the pose.
The suit redeemed goddess works alright. I actually have it up in my SC diary and you can see a little bit of the skin hand but that can be remedied with dark gloves
You can make the posed shoes from Red Shoes work even on the darkest skintones by using cream-colored hosiery! The dark skin tone/super pale hosiery look may not be everyone’s thing, but it’s really the only way to make it work in the competition, where you can’t always cover the pale skin using background items
A pose I use a lot is redeemed goddess, you can just barely see her hand but if you put on a black glove it basically disappears because of how good it works with the dress
I wish that skin tones were actual skin tone and we could use them on any pose and the skin would change colour and not have the default pose skin appear... It would make this game so much better!!!

This is really inspirational I tried to make edits like these and see with which suits I could do these edits with and the one that everybody can work with would be sparkling cupcake's pose version it's fully covered and you can hide it's shoulder parts with some white scrafs, the winter suit of Alphonse Mucha Collab it's fully covered.
Moon Justice works too. He's covered everywhere but the neck. However, we don't have any good looking dark masculine looking makeup. Winged Dancer could work very well since the pose is in the coat. So the feet are normal. There is also Miss Bone. Just the neck is showing.
Diana's Dream works - have to buy it, though. For scarves the only one that really covers most to all of the neck w/ good hair is the fox scarf from the Maple boy suit - the one w/ that cocky expression you hate 😂 Keep Up The Good Work~!
Sadly, I feel both Red Shoes and Demon Huntress are kind of a sketch, one more than the other. This may be a personal preference but I feel leg poses aren't the eye catching part. Like, it's cool if it had a leg pose but the arm pose the big thing.

Return to Silence is a paid coat pose we got recently (and it was a return recharge) where you can equip a darker skin tone.

I feel like Crown of Dawn and Path of Glory could work pretty well with dark skin tone
The bunny magician suit could work if you pretended the hands were gloved
