      Did you ever get an answer to this question? I had never heard of sweep frequency response analysis (SFRA) prior to this video, but have been making impedance spectroscopy measurements for 25 years, which is the same thing. There are so many different names for the exact same measurements: impedance spectroscopy, frequency response analysis (FRA), complex permittivity spectrum measurements, complex resistivity, non-linear complex resistivity (NLCR), induced polarization, spectral induced polarization (SIP), and several others that I’m sure I have missed. The definitive text on the subject is Dielectrics and Waves by von Hipple. You just need an impedance analyzer or LCR meter to make these measurements.
