I love the eye un-safe colors. They're the fun ones! If they stain my lids, well... that's the price I'm willing to pay for red and hot pink. :D (And I have ordered the entire collection. I told myself after the Snoopy collection I wouldn't fall for these anymore, and I skipped the Sesame Street nostalgia play, but my kiddo LOVES Scooby Doo, so... I'm a sucker. 😁)
I think you should've dampened the brush before swatching the glitters,that usually works. I love scooby doo & like the packaging on the collection, but the actual products didn't impress me much, they kind of flopped. Wet 'n Wild is a budget makeup brand though, so can't expect so much.
For the last items of 3 colored pen, it's UV activated. The green one should glow in the dark and be UV activated, but yellow and pink should show up under UV light! Thanks for this review!

Very cure collection. Inskipped the Glamlit x Scooby Doo collection, because the palette was so big. This WnW palette is a really nice size.

The brush seemed ok, I think it's more just the reality of bigger glitter pieces
