Mr.Heang Update: I am from United States of America (USA). In this video I'm going to show you about how to build a huge modern underground house with very simple tools and primitive skill !
This underground base I been working very hard with my friend for 60days to build and 12days we enjoyed there, This underground is in a small jungle of South America, we did only two people my friend (camera man) and me (project planner).
Underground Base Dimension: Depth 3m , width 17m, height 5.8m
I knew the most of visitor they hard to believe but it real 100% by hand made with tools in video !

I know I would love to go chill with him and just learn everything I could possibly learn. This is how life used to be for our ancestors which makes this even more awesome. Yea, these projects are fun and inspiring what one person could do, but they are mostly all impractical as rain will deteriorate it and snakes, spiders, mosquitos in the pool, and large predators will surely come in and make it inhospitable .

@Seth Robert Allen except you cant just build a house in the middle of a city or suburban area. Even in rural areas. You need to own the land and then get sometimes expensive building permits. Also most people don't have this sort of knowledge. How are they supposed to be building a house from scratch when they also need to be generating enough money for food, water, clothing and other necessities. @•-• no not really. He says the thing is 5x17x5.8 meters, which is 295.8 m^3. Dirt is usually about 1400 kg/m^3, although I don't know the density of this dirt here, so I'll just use that measure. That means he excavated over 400,000 kg, or 900,000 lbs of dirt over 72 days, which is over 5,700 kg/12,600 lbs of dirt per day, and that's not counting all the time it took him to break the dirt up so he could move it, as well as making the roof, making the side hole, getting all the rocks and water, etc. In the description he claims he did it all in 60 days and spent the next 12 relaxing there, which makes it even more unbelievable. Not to mention the fact that his previous video was uploaded only 47 days before this one
If you see a lot of these types of videos, you'll notice that they're almost all just digging a glorified hole, which is extremely easy to fake with machinery off camera. But if you watch Primitive Technology, he seems a lot more real since you can't have a machine build a hut out of sticks and mud very easily.
