This going to sound ridiculous but sasuke inspired by theses characters Desgin hei from Yu Yu hakusho Kishimoto also took inspiration from Dragon Ball AND AKIRA POWER SYSTEM HUNTER X HUNTER Sasuke might be nspired by a manga called Sasuke by the mangaka Sanpei Shirato. Which is about a young ninja named sasuke wanted to get revenge for his family who was murdered. I feel a another one might be is from Sanpei's most famous character Kamui who was a rogue ninja hunted by his clan. Manga Sarutobi Sasuke a anime that Directed by Shohei Tojo had a female companion Sakura sasuke backstory might have been inspired by elements of the folktale ‘The Tale of Jiraiya the Gallant' (in that Jiraiya's clan was slaughtered after their Daimyo was deceived into believing they were planning a coup as a result of political machinations) special eye powers/clan massacre as a backstory is not something that is uncommon in Japanese folklore (which is what a lot of mangaka in general get inspiration from)
