Freddie was one tough soldier remember seeing a Documentry on how he got injured in Iraq,got alot of respect for this guy even after losing his sight he refuses to let his disability hold him back,

I got a similar thing like this when I lost my tongue. I just connect these things to my eyeballs and I can taste with them.

@GogghyTV its a camera that sees a lox res image of the world and a computer translates it to electrodes that are in the order of the pixels on the tongue so he feels the image on his tongue

@pntrain5 As I recall, a short explanation was given. They explained the basic mechanism by which it functioned. It was just a news report. I don't think they were trying to make a documentary or do investigative journalism.

That dog's not poor? He's a fine dog. I have a service dog, and he is a very happy dog.
Service dogs go through training, and help the handicap. This does not hurt the dogs physical or emotion being at all.
I just noticed that the ratings show about 7% of people have rated this video thumbs down. That is rather funny. Did this video about a blind man regaining sight through technology offend these people?
About the video itself, that is awesome. IThere is going to a major increase in this kind of innovative technology. I hope I live to see what the world will be like in a few decades.

lol they already have devices they implant into your brain (in the part of your brain that makes you see) and they can let blind people see about 4 to 16 pixels and they are working on more... but yea you would have to get a brain implant.. i'd go for the tounge thingy.
