The lyrics hit very hard so I needed to feel ready to share a cover of a song like this. As I've written in the description, each person gives a different meaning to those lyrics according to their own experience of life.

@@SarahMarieMakris I can imagine this isn't an easy song to cover by any means - and for a whole different reason than musicianship required. I hope the choice is artistic rather than personal and I send a virtual hug and best wishes if it's the latter. You look like a very sensitive person, which can be torturous at times, but it's also probably what makes you such a great singer and gives me so much joy when I listen to your covers. It just feels so tight, so damn on point… You have to _feel_ the song to be able to do that and that must be very, very exhausting emotionally.
