It seems that the thesis on the dichotomy of The Tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Wise wasn't accepted in this timeline.
Apparently the Council didn't accept his wild theory that the Sith Apprentice would use the tale as a recruiting tool.
Shaak Ti killed herself after hearing that thesis but it was in a deleted scene, so it may not be canon.

Anakin must not have agreed to Master Windu's terms in this timeline. It's a shame Windu dislikes the thesis so strongly.

I love that the nightmares Sidious put into Anakin's head were simply Out-of-Context moments from RotS. No false images or lies, he manipulated The Force just enough for it to show Anakin part of the future and then Anakin's misinterpretation did the rest.
And then of course everything changes once Anakin turns on his lightsaber, which was pretty interesting.

In the phantom menace where qui gon and obi wan brought little Anakin to the Jedi.
What if before mace windu says no to Anakin becoming a Jedi everyone in that room except Anakin are pulled into a force vision containing everything about the future including about Anakin. Qui gons death, obi wan training the boy, Palpatine grooming Anakin, Anakin killing the tuskan raiders, Anakin getting married to padme, the clone wars, Ahsoka, padme being pregnant, Anakin cutting down mace windu, Palpatine force lightning, order 66, Anakin burning, Luke and leia being separated, darth Vader, all the way until he dies.
And in this instant everyone becomes very fearful of Anakin that yoda decides that Anakin must stay with them in the Jedi order so they can keep a close eye on Anakin and make sure that the sith who they just found out is Palpatine won’t get anywhere near him.
But since Palpatine was newly elected they would have to find solid evidence and bring him out of office.
It would be extremely cringe from Anakin

Good story. I've always assumed some kind of force psychosis or Sith mind trap had to have been used on Anakin. Given how Sidious is always taunting people to give in to their hate, that has to be the key to trigger his control of their minds.
What if Chancellor Palpatine was injured in the crash of the Invisible Hand? What if he was in a coma as the Jedi tracked down Grievous, won the outer rim sieges and brought to war to an end. He wakes up a month later to find that the war is over, and his emergency powers were rescinded. A grateful galaxy thanks him for his service, but he is no longer the Supreme chancellor. He's missed his window to use Order 66.

These what ifs show how palpatine had to be very precise with his plans, too much influence of Anikan he turns too soon resulting in the Jedi realizing he was influenced. I've started to realize alot was Anikan's fault, but it was really the jedi around him that failed to see the sith around him and inability to show compassion to him and help him with his attachments.

Fits and he isn't as much of a coward due to the fact he wont go into coughing fits and being more and more challenging of a fighter due to the "Spars" with anakin, but due to this rivalry they'd find that sidius is Palpatine due to the fight with dooku, grevious returned to help his master to instead be shocked on how the Senator OF the republic told anakin to kill dooku, and leaving a comment along the lines "And Here i thought a Senator wouldn't tell a Jedi..to kill a defenseless combatant"

I'm surprised you didn't say anything about the Jedi realizing how blind they had become, as they were also partly to blame for Obi-Wan's death. How they had failed to notice the darkness inside of Anakin as he stood right in front of them, when they saw that the leader of the Republic they served was a Sith Lord! How they no longer knew what the Dark Side looked like! How they didn't know what a Sith was! How Barriss Offie had been right about the Jedi being an army fighting for the Dark Side! To realise Dooku, whilst a Sith, was right, how Qui-gon Jinn was right, how Barriss was right, how Ashoka had been right. Even, to a degree that Anakin had been right. How Sidious had been right! The Jedi could not be trusted! They had become villains, they had fallen from the Light! They were not Peace Keepers, they were Sith Acolytes!

Problem with the Grand Inquisitor is that the other temple guards should had been able to take him out after losing the element of surprise as he's outnumbered. Sindrelic is the temple battle master for a reason and his lightsaber skills should be the best or equal to Mace Windu.

What if Mace Windu killed Anakin Skywalker when he wouldn't take a seat on the Jedi Council. After all the years of not trusting Anakin, Mace would just snap and kill Skywalker in front of the whole Council. This would lead to a Jedi civil war with Obi-Wan and askioa, leading a breakaway group of jedi away from the jedi and out far into the galaxy.
Pretty sure the requirement for Jedi council members need to have, successfully, trained a jedi knight. As upsetting as the injustice that was done to Ahsoka. He doesn't fit to the requirement.
