This is a good performance. But what really blows the mind is the "Nunchaks" performed by Hua Chenyu! And I highly recommend "Qi Tian" at the "Singer" Competition.

"Alien", "7 Personalities", "I am what I am", "I don't Care", "Wayfarer", "Child", "For forever", "Mayfly"..... And on and on. He changes up his songs and also rearranges other people's songs. He's a prolific composer/music arranger, multi instrumentalist who sings every genre. This is my favorite competition show and favorite singer. The concept is great, well-known singers (warriors) are challenged by unknown singers. Here Hua Chenyu is challenged by the blond boy you kept seeing. The song he sang really only existed in some notes / sounds and Hua Chenyu had to make a song out of it in 24 hours. Thanks 💖

He is an amzing artist. He will constantly surprise you. There is lots, lots more to see. Please may I give you a few tips 1. use the Hua Chenyu English Subs Channel as they do great work in giving us Brits (and other English speakers) access to English translations. 2. when there are two optiions for a song choose the longer one as he is probably giving some insight to the song eg Fake Monk is even more amazing when you hear the pre-stage interview. 3. there are a couple of trilogies which are best heard in order and live (number 2 applies to these too). 4. make sure the song is completely over as there are times it hasn't ended when you think it might have (eg Fake monk), it's good to see him break character in some of the more heart wrenching performances. FYI he was in Singer 2018 (the year after Dimash) and came second to Jessie J. He won Singer 2020. He does a good cover of Creep by Radiohead, one of his favourite bands. He had only 24 hours time to compose/ write lyrics/learn and perform it on stage out of a tv series melody about the Monkey King he got the day before from his challenger in this show. 😲 HuaHua was amazing in this show called the Next. Professional singers get challenged by the contestants. The professional get a song (oftentimes funny, silly songs) to rearrange/sometimes compose new parts... in 24 hours. The challenger can sing whatever song he/she want and has a lot more time. If the challenger wins against the professional he/she goes to the next round or have to leave the show if the professional singer wins. Thank you for a great reaction and welcome to Mars. This is my favourite song of Hua chenyu. This song is originally from the very old WuKong series called Journey to the west. I love this song, but I’m afraid his other songs are not as good as this one😢

Personally I think he's the best most creative musician in the world today. Dimash may have broader more perfect vocals and range, but Huan is more creative, and I place creative genius above perfect vocals on my list of great musicians..

Hua rearranged it and memorize all the new lyrics and rapping part. He is amazing.
