1:12 The citizens of North America are sharing Paleolithic art found from their backyards - there are a whole lot more of them with boots on the ground then there are archaeologists. ❤
The real art is in under the paintings- 3:45 these flakes are called effigies by people who study stone tools. 4:46 trunk over hole is the artifact that has the mammoth with the truck over top of the hole. There’s a level of detail that you will not be able to see until we study the art for a few weeks. Before books, before paper the photo albums were made of Stone. 🗿👍 great work as always, especially on this presentation. 8:49 you hit the nail on the head with your last statement. Because they could not carry around 15 or 20 different statues that reminded them of their culture, of their parents, they created this multi faceted style of art that is the same throughout all of the ancient world. It’s right here in North America my friend. I hope you get a chance to check it out.
As a side note gaint sloths where so large that could eat avocados whole and excrete without damaging the seed....Its a shame these large animals are not around today...
I enjoy watching your channel! Just curious how many hours do you take to make a video? I would like to show my appreciation by donating a small amount of money, like $10. Amid these crazy times, it is good to know someone like you is making a good video both educational and entertaining that one can watch with her kids. 😊 Please keep up a good work! 💪
Melting of the ice sheets and mountain glaciers would've caused episodes of flooding degrees of magnitude more extreme than any know in historic times along most if not all major riverway, washing away all traces of prior human occupation. Couple that with sea level rise submerging any evidence that may have existed for tens to hundreds of miles from the ice age coast, and it's easy to understand why we may never know when people first made it to the Americas. For tens of thousands of years there may have been people living along the Pacific coast all the way to the tip of South America, back up along the Atlantic coast all the way to the ice sheet, and in all the major river valleys in between without leaving a trace of their existence that still survives today. It's about time archeologists abandon their dogmas and start taking seriously the understandably few archeological sites in the Americas that date back to before the last glacial maximum.
this is my sixth vid of yours, just subscribed, keep it up, im obsessed!

Also, don't forget that there's been many efforts recently to study possible submerged sites
