Hi Bimbo. The right way is to tenderize the goat meat alone. Then you can sautee the meat with all the ingredients until sauce gets thick. Your kalderera is so watery. Sauce should be a little thick. Try it this way next time. They'll love it more. Hello to everyone in your household.
For a standard kaldereta just you need to reduce and thicken the sauce... But if you want it special, twist it with coconut milk or peanut butter, but for me classic kaldereta still the best... Great day ahead.. God bless.

We put a little bit oil and butter, or only oil Not too hot. Fry the chicken first, until the water of the chicken dissppears . A little brown.. Then you put onions, garlic , bell pepper, and stirr. Cook for 5 to 10.minutes, then add water, not too.much . Add salt and other spices and taste. Cook till the saus is thicken a little. You will notice that it taste different.. You can marinade your.meat first. But we always fry the meat first, because of the raw chicken water. God bles you.

Pressure cooker is good for tough cuts of meat to cook in less time. They say stews will taste better the next day so I guess cook a lot of caldareta and keep warming it up.

Masarap ang Indian goat hindi maanggo, malimit akong bumili niyan noong ako ay nagtratrabaho pa sa Saudi kasi malapit kami sa meat shop na nagtitinda ng chilled Indian goat meat na freshly flown from India.
Dapat hindi mo nilagay yung bell peppers. Magpapalambot ka pala dapat plain water lang. Yung bell peppers di nalusaw yan. Masarap yan kung half cook hindi overvooked.
Hello there again Cornejo Fam! You have to boil it for another 15-20 mins to reduce the water. Usually caldereta has no sabaw but sauce. Try to add coconut milk + liver spread + 2 tbps of peanut butter for more delightful Filipino caldereta taste. Anyways, not bad for a first timer.
