- This is my first ever revolver prop Ive made, and it works !
it has a working hammer and trigger mechanism and working cylinder lever that can rotate.
Im especially happy about it because this time I made something that works! :D
Original creator made a non-moving prop and I made basically everything else alone in Tinkercad.
I hope the instructions are readable and understandable, sorry for any missunderstanding, if you have any questions ask in the comments, I will try to help.
Heres BOM (Bill of material):
4,50mm 0.176" diameter ⌀ X 16,50mm 0.648" lenght compression spring
a small 15mm binder clip
a wire 1.45mm 0.057" diameter ⌀ X 16mm 0.629" lenght
Also im sorry for the video quality, something went wrong while exporting it I hope it wont be a problem

Have a nice day
I finished it, I had to reprint the Cylinder and the pin multiple times because the pin broke on the inside and I nearly lost my mind but I managed to get it together correctly by sanding the pin and it turned out good so yeah, thanks for this awesome revolver😎
@Dezzmondo21 sorry for the inconvenience, the pin is fragile I know, but im happy that it turned out good 😊
This is gorgeus work to be honest, first time I've seen a functional .38 special! Sure, some improvements may have to be done but you did amazing nonetheless
@@proteine1 yeah I would love to make them but I think thats everything I could have done and im happy about it. I strongly recommend to play with it and make some changes!
this is great, printing right now hope it goes well.
honesty the absolute worst building experience I have ever had in any build, but atleast it looks really good, just need to work on a way to actually put it together next time
ts is literally impossible to put together
@@agentpea4493 hmm, sorry for that, im am not a professional designer so my models wont be world class quality, but mine works, somehow I assembled it so I thought it will for everyone
@@michaloskyyy yeah but how do you even put the spring in?? like there is zero room to do so
@agentpea4493 I did, maybe i had luch
is the sprint just a spring i can get from a pen?
too small, but it might work for the trigger
@@michaloskyyy thanks, do they have these springs in arts and crafts shops? where can i buy one that size?
@pastramaman6338 hmm, you can try but IDK
@pastramaman6338 try the pen one
@@michaloskyyy alright, thanks!
Yeah doesn’t work. The hole to put the pipe through is filled up with filament with no way out
@AveryHobbick do you have a well calibrated retraction ?
@ not to bad. But I just drilled it out. Hopefully everything else turns out good!
it does not work 1/10
@@annarowland849 can you describe what's not working?
@@michaloskyyy the spring is not going in
@@annarowland849 Yeah it can be a problem but its doable, I had no other idea how to make the trigger to automatically go back to the start position. But it is possible, as long as you wiggle it enough (also with the right spring)
