Do you have a video showing how to froth the milk correctly using the pannarello steam wand? Can I replace the wand to use a manual one or a wand that has both options?
I have a FrancisFrancis! X1 1935 Anniversary Iperespresso (capsule) machine that makes beautiful espresso, but can barely make enough steam to froth milk. The gauge needle goes halfway to the steam icon and I have to cycle it twice to get a hot pitcher of milk. Any idea what the problem is? Pump or Thermostat?
We've now returned two machines. The new steam wand is a defective design. The plastic tip "shoots off explosively" when you attempt to steam. It works for a couple weeks and then it simply will not stay on. We've gone through two machines now. Buyer beware.
The ground coffee machine version is the only one who really makes the real Espresso. To be considered Espresso, beans must be ground right before brewing, period!
Old comment perhaps but aren't you a little drama queen xD a headache? really? exaggerate much? nobody forced you to watch this video. I found it very informative.
that flower on the front looks bad

I hate capsules so much. Shame to see such a great machine so wasted.
That's it! A great machine that doesn't make real Espresso.

Can you use tamper espresso on this machine or change portafilter to do so?
no

Uhmm I don't believe there is anything called a plastic boiler, that would melt!
