I personally don't think there is any therapeutic or practical effect. However, sometimes people do things that appeal to them regardless of effect so have at it. All I know is that watching Martin travel the globe for shaves, massages and spa stuff is really relaxing.
I was always told that its actually worst to use ear candle for cleaning your ears, weather that's true or not I honestly don't know but it is something that I've heard a few times here in NA
There is, it removes stuck ear wax and cleans out your ear.
I had this done once, nice for relax but nothing more

The cone that they put in your ear is coated with bee's wax or similar which melts down and looks like earwax. Ta da!
True. Even then, there's been studies that debunks the whole idea behind the candles making a vacuum to draw out the ear wax. All one big hoax.

It's wonderful seeing Ewelina again. I would be down to try ear candling at least once. I don't care if it works or not, but just having the sensation of it happening is enough for me

There is liquids you can put in your ear to clear it up to, think peroxide. Works wonders.

From what I read, they're not effective as ear cleaning but it sure does make you relax & feels good, if it's done by the right person (like this barber).
If you feels good after it, then it's worth the money & time.

the hot earwax can cause damage to your ear canal, that's the main reason people don't do it
There is no "hot earwax" in your ear that could cause damage. The heated air generates negative pressure, so, as your earwax gets warmer and less viscous, it gets sucked out. After that it cools down and solidifies again, this time in the ear candle.

That candle could actually be worse for wax. There's a British doctor who clears wax out of ears when nothing else will work. And he explained that when you put an ear wax softener in your ear you should ignore the instructions to lay on your side. That's because the softener melts the wax and gravity pulls it down further into the ear where it hardens again and gets even more stuck, so you should stay upright after applying the softener.
So the candle would be doing the same if it really could melt the ear wax.

You should try to burn just a candle without sticking it in the ear. I believe the result will be the same. On another way, the earflushing, that’s thing is working for 100%. You will hear people talk on other building.

Ear candling doesn't work. Go to the GP office and have them take a look at your ears before and after a candling. Same amount of wax. The residu in the candle is just the candle wax, but not ear wax. The latter does not actually look all strew about, like that.

Just wondering what is inside the candle before she inserts to your ear ?.... if it just rolled up paper what don't you see it unrolled first ?
Before you light the candle, its empty but after burnig it the residu in the candle is just the candle wax, but not ear wax. So its a scam product

It's wax covered paper (hence: a candle). What you see at the end is wax residue from the candle.

FYI, those ear candles are bs. The yellow stuff is on the inside of the cones and melts down to make it look like wax. She is gorgeous though!

Ha sorry! I don't say much interesting! In short: I was trying for the first time and thought it would be good to visit Ewelina at this barbershop as they offer this service and I trusted her. Then I question whether or.not it works since there is wax residue in the paper.

Ear candling does not work; it's a con and can also be dangerous. The debris that she showed you is from the burnt candle and is not your earwax.

The debris from those candles mixes in with the earwax and dries it out; this then blocks the ear canal even more and makes it difficult to remove the wax. You may not have had much wax in your ears, so it wouldn't have affected you so much.
You're supposed to make a wish for clean ears, then blow out the ear candle.

Ear wax candles doesnt work...I like the sensation it gives me while hearing the fire, however that mess, that she showed you inside is already there, it would look the same if she would set it on fire on a table next to you.

Nope, ear candling does absolutely nothing...except it wastes money, time, and can potentially result in you getting burned. The wax in the paper is just the wax from the candle. There's dozens of videos on RUclips alone that shows this.
