This singlehandedly brought a permanent end to the age of the Elves, and allowed the Age of Men to start l, and the Elves had to sail to the Undying Lands, their place in Middle Earth now forever lost. Because Sauron refused to let them have a happy ending. If he lost, he'd take as many as he could with him.
My man it is *_so much worse_* on how petty Sauron can get. Just after Numenor sank and all the survivors landed on Middle Earth and started to go start their separate kingdoms, Sauron straight up _torched_ the memorials they made for the island and all that died there when it sank.
Rings of Power changed so much lore and Galadriel makes you wanna throw her off a boat. Please don’t waste your time on it. It is an utter disgrace to the Lord of the Rings franchise.

It’s just trying to push an ideology onto people. Calls anyone who criticizes it races. That’s also hilarious because I’m Asian and I thought it was just so disappointing and disrespectful to Tolkien’s work.
