I’m 68 years old and just became a great grandma actually a Gigi this year of a great grandson that will be 1 in February and a great granddaughter that is 7 months. I was so very Blessed this year 2024 💙🩷. I’m very Blessed to have a grandson and a granddaughter and now I’m double Blessed I’m a Nana and a Gigi God is amazing and I’m very Thankful 🙏🏼

I saw that amazing baby with the cutest cheeks! Blessings to all of you! FeFe, when you take a sip of water, and end up almost chugging the whole glass, it usually means you are dehydrated. Increase water consumption during the day...Caffiene, soda etc is dehydrating. Those kind of things, caffiene is a natural diuretic. I got to stop my water pills last cardiac exam, because I am not retaining fluids on my own!! Coffee, tea, an occasional Pepsi..yep..if it has caffiene in it, you're gonna pee alot!
