From Watching Wildkyle Paleo Chris and the Crystal Collector I've learned that the entire planet 30 million years ago was nothing but sharks and Dugongs swimming around in quartz crystals.
That meg you pulled out at the very end is absolutely amazing! I rather like olive shells. I couldn't live without fossils eather, man! I actually like your fossil-video's most, so this was awesome!

The sizeable one I have is a half tooth like you found and I psid around $30 for it but I have found 2 pieces of megs in the past and I love them...great video and I think you need more olives...lol love the cones....
I love the olives, especially those super shiny ones. I live in Florida and have so so many shells from the back roads. Love them. I have never found a shark tooth though. Makes me so mad!! But I’m happy for you!

How do you tell that a shell is a fossilised shell? I've found shell casts and rocks with the imprints of shells long gone but I would have just thought they were shells if I found them😲 How old would those olive and cone shells be then?☺️ It's all very interesting! Yayyy for the meg tooth too!🤩

Kyle, The shell you mentioned being a possible tulip shell, may be a turban shell, named after the eastern head gear? I like the cone shell better than the olive, cause it has more structural personality. : ) Right on! You found your giant meg! I rather like that it had layers flaked off, as it is a good learning tool, showing it's underlying configuration. : )
I prefer the cone shells to the olives... but I have never seen such BIG olive shells as some of those. They were very pretty! And that last cone shell you found was so big. I didn't know they ever got that big. I enjoyed this video. Thanks. 💚

You're so lucky. Where I live in Texas the road gravel goes through a rock crusher. And the fossils I find on the property is coated in either red clay, or iron oxide. I try to get help with identification but, the snobs tell me they are iron concretions. At least they could say the proper term. Iron oxide to be exact Hematite which Wyoming is finding this coating many fossils in one of their sites. I'm so jealous. Love your shows. OGC AKA Ms Michal Much love from the deep freeze in Texas

Wildkyle also needs hard boiled eggs and oatmeal! If no fossils are available, make some out of flour and water, then roll in some dirt. :)

Olive shells own because they’re thicker and shinier. The cone shells I find always have little cracks.
