But nobody is talking much about the most dangerous amendment that is proposed about TDS on Remuneration and Interest paid by Partnership Firms. Most of the firms will not be able to comply with this new TDS provisions as last date for TDS payment for any Financial Year is 30th April following the FY The interest and remuneration figures is dependent on the figure of net profit (that's the scheme of taxation of partnership firm) which can be determined only on finalization of accounts. There are so many small partnership firms that can not cope up with the compliances. This will be another MASTER STROKE of this Government after Demonetisation that will result in Killing of small businesses.
