I'm still in awe how some scenes you would think Farley needed a double for it he was actually able to do himself. Like even when he was really really heavy he was still able to do 0:44 and he showed that in shows like Conan O'Brien. True legend that man.
This movie brings back so much memories of my dad. He brought this movie for me to watch when I was recovering in the hospital. I was probably 10 years old. 31 years old & doing pretty good for myself now. I thank my dad for introducing me to this movie so much. RIP
I have a similar story. 34 here and my Dad brought this home to watch with me and my older brother. We almost lost my father last year from a stroke but thankfully he recovered and is doing great. This movie will always be special to me.
I love in the documentary for Chris Robin Shou even said that Farley legit practiced Karate and was impressed with his martial arts. Honestly we were robbed of his talent imagine grown ups with Chris.
So true . When I look at Kevin James as a light version of Farley and I like him as an actor but pretty much ever movie he has been in the part he played would have been much better had Farley played it.
This is one scene from the Chris Farley that really packs a punch and it's good kicks and a lovely choice they picked him to play the role of Haru the White Ninja from Beverly Hills etc.
When Tommy Callahan and Liu Kang were brothers... P.S: The guy portraying Nobu, was Reptile and Unmasked Sub-Zero in the MK movies along with Robin Shou
People don't realize at 1:15 the dude that double kicks them in the face is the same actor that plays for reptile in the first mortal Kombat movie and Sub-Zero in mortal Kombat annihilation....
i watched this movie so much when I was little. I always quoted the 'NO ONE MESSES WITH MY BROTHER" line
I did too bro when I was 8 years old this movie was funny asf
Whoever made Kung Fu Panda…must’ve really loved this movie.
Ties beautifully into the message
"There is no secret ingredient...it's just you."
For real

True legend that man.

He was a great athlete tbh
Make no mistake Farley was very athletic for his size

I love how at 1:37 they use the score from the “Taste of Things to Come” scene in the MK Movie haha
They used a majority of it and with not only with Robin Shou but also Keith Cook who was Reptile and Sub-Zero
It's not about Ninja'ing...it's about family!
Alright Vin diesel
The way homie flew out the tree always gave me a hard laugh 💀
0:25 *NO ONE MESSES WITH MY BROTHER!!!!!*
That.s a good saying like Siblings too.
Gobei💚
Awesome that this is technically a Chris Farley action movie. Tragically it was the only one. 😢
Ahh yes…the “oh shit” moment of this classic movie. Never gets old
Think of How Successful Paul Blart would have been if Farley was the lead
That’s what that movie lacked. Farley’s massive yet flexible moves.
So true . When I look at Kevin James as a light version of Farley and I like him as an actor but pretty much ever movie he has been in the part he played would have been much better had Farley played it.
I see actors from the Mortal Kombat 1995 and even the soundtrack is in this movie too

Yup. He's also fighting the actor who played Reptile in that movie as well.
