Whoever decided to put these on RUclips at MeatEater was a genius btw. Instant hits when you drop Rogan too.
Yeah they should’ve done it sooner but better late than never
Yeah, at least here won't be deleted from 100million man's backlog
Hope they keep releasing them. Entertaining as hell.
True that I saw Joe Rogan and was like hmm okay check it out.
I waited forever on netflix saw this from his Instagram
I’d watch this as a show. Him just taking joe and Bryan on different hunting trips.
These turkeys were tame lol, check the one at 8:00
@@broccolee6035 yea you snap the neck of a bird you didn’t shoot cleanly. Remember there shooting practice
You are watching that show. This is the show where he takes Joe and Bryan on different hunting trips. This was the 3rd trip, I believe
@@broccolee6035 thats the decoy they used to lure them out bruh.
@@missionpupa yeah no shit 😂
I love how disappointed bryan got when steve told him to take off his flamboyant scarf.
I'm pretty sure a similar thing happened when they were in Montana hunting the first time he took Joe and Bryan hunting
Im pretty sure he still wore it lol🤣 if u look at the morning scene after he is told to take it off i thunk he still had it lol
5:33 He's still wearing it, just under his jacket lol
Hilarious how he doesn't call it by its name. "Take off that thing"
Is always cringe when feminine guys like this try to come off as "mountain men"
15:18…”bet you like human don’t yuh you little cannibal ….step out the car sir” hahahaha love this bit
"You like human don't you" LMFAO 😆😅🤣😂
Good god Brian's fast, instantly "na, it's another layer of muscle, i do alot of core work" 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
Its a defense mechanism. Brian makes these videos so much better.
this trio always has fun makes each other laugh
i wish they had way more episodes together
Them giving him a hard time about eating the monkey was hilarious.
@Sid Bhatti did you just learn what a pronoun is today or something? You sound like an idiot, you should probably just stop...
What episode did he eat monkey in?
@@josebahena4400 Bolivia
Yes it was 😂😂😂
@Sid Bhatti English must not be your first language.
Love how they still whisper right after a literal gunshot
Gunshot can be hard to tell where it’s coming from. Voices off in the distance are extremely easy to make out.
I still whisper even when I’m gutting a deer. I’ve had some deer come around the corner as I’m gutting another one and my dad got the one that came around the corner.
Never hunted huh?
Turkey hunting is a throwback for me, my Dad took on me on four successful hunts when I was 13-17. Sadly, it stopped when I went to college, the farm was sold, and he passed. Shit happens. My daughter is 18 months old, I can only hope to experience and share the smallest of hunting experiences with her when compared with what my Dad accomplished for me.
Don't let this slip thru the cracks
@@sdriza Much appreciated, I'll do my best.
I had my fingers crossed that Joe would mess up and shoot the decoy turkey by mistake.
Same
Probably he did
“You little cannibal” 😂
It's really nice that Joe Rogan and Steven Rinella took that old grandpa out hunting.
absolutely 👌
This reminds me so SO much of taking my niece & nephew turkey hunting for their first time. 😂
Joe & Brian are two of my favorite comedians, but they suffer the same ‘JHBS’ (I’ve deemed it ‘Juvenile Hunting Boredom Syndrome’) that an 8 & 10 year olds go through. Same behavior, same expressions, same joking. It’s hilarious. 😂
Joe: shoot that turkey for me Jaime
LOOOL
While at 8:25 the other one is chilling
can u check make sure is dead so i m correct.
its the decoy
Bryan is consistently a good shot in this show
If you miss a grounded target with a shotgun, then you should not be hunting.
@@cardsfighter2 happens to whiff sometimes
That scene of them all sitting around talking about how they feel about Turkey hunting is amazing
I love turkey hunting! The communication between you and the bird is my favorite part of it!
Joe is right about the taste between deer backstrap and turkeys. Also his "How dare you" cracks me up.
I’d like to see joe do some sort of show on his own. Dude lives an interesting life.
Like a podcast that would be awesome
@@krismartin1181 lol I was gunna comeback with something like this , but you got it already
Joe is getting older and doesn't need to broadcast his personal life. He has Fuck you money and started his career on Fear Factor.
@@NR-gp2il he started his career on hardball lol. A great comedy about a baseball team that ran for 1 season. I may be the only one who thinks it's great though
I’ve binge watched all the Bryan and Joe episodes lol we need more
Video shows what hunting is really like not just the highlights 🙌
15:01-15:30 omg 😂😂😂 I haven't laughed that hard in so damn long.
I was waiting for it and you werent wrong
The anticipation of the bird closing in after a call gets me all the time. Especially when the gobble closes the distance. I have yet to tag a tom but hope I do this next coming spring.
It seems they were pressed on time, and that can take the enjoyment out.
did i get one
you*
@@caleb9364 Not yet. Will try going out the first weekend of May. You?
For some reason that little hunt you spent on your own at the end was so majestic. It brought some weird emotions out of me as a man that loves to hunt. It was beautiful to say the least.
Steven: "Have you ever plucked a bird before?"
Brian: "In college, when I needed the money..." lol!
Hey Steve I found this podcast through the JRE, and it’s something about your voice that’s calming and soothing. This reminds me of the actors that played in Act of Valor, possibly the opening scene, quoting Tecumseh.Very humbling. God Bless everyone.
Ted the Turkey" Alright Imma go scope it out"
*Gunshot*
Bob the Turkey: "alright imma go scope it out"
Steve:
Turkey: "na b!tch, you want some you gotta come to me😎"
Steve: (silent)
Turkey: "come on baby, i was jus play...." BANG!
Steve: "quit playin games with my heart😎😎"
it's so cool how he waited out that gobbler and eventually got him, even when everyone else gave up. that's a gratifying hunt.
3:23 Joe calling a gorilla
Lmfao
Man you are a real outdoorsman. I love turkey hunting as well. I loved how you gave the analogy on silence of music and silence in the woods.
i almost passed out when they started that whole cannibal bit
I’ve hunted turkeys for about 54 years. It hooked me from the start and still my favorite to hunt. If I had to pick just one, it would be a turkey.
Damb bro did you shoot the turkey at the first thanksgiving lmfao
@@AZOMBIERYO nope but I’m crowding 70 real hard. Killed a mature bird off a public hunting area in Oklahoma. A tough bird to hunt because he’s seen and heard it all! We met people from New Mexico, Louisiana, and Michigan that had came here to hunt. Tough year, our bird numbers are way down. Lots of reasons but our wildlife department is tightening the harvest numbers.
Same here. I’m 15 yrs into it. And love every second of it
Same here. I’m 15 yrs into it. And love every second of it
I feel like Steven. I can sit for days just waiting. If I could do what Steven does for a living, I'd be in heaven.
I don’t get tired of rewatching these.
Bryan- I don't waste any meat brother 😂
“And they Gobble” lmao
Joe is that guy who did all kinds of shit to get where he's at in life and made it big. And you know what, it really comforts me that there exists this well intended dude roaming the earth just being a happy dude
I would hunt turkeys by finding the tree that they were roosting in, strip naked, shoot my fill, then go and wash off in an outside tub.
Anti-vaxx propaganda aside yes.
@@damienholland8103 OF course its interesting that powers that be had to drastically alter the definition of vaccine to make these new mrna drugs fall into that category just so that those who oppose mass drugging of the populace with experimental drugs can be called anti vaxx

Awesome episode.
I think Brian's a natural.
He would hunt anything freaking frog gigging ...
The turkey hunts are always my favourite episodes of Meat Eater!
Bryan is hilarious 😂 "it's okay I shot one in my mind" his face 😂
The last scene when he hunted on his own gave me chills. You sold me Steve.
Turkey hunting isn't my favorite, but I can definitely appreciate the hunt, and it DOES make it the more satisfying when you get one. Waterfowl, dove, and pheasant are my jam.
And duck...
I love when Rogans eyes light up when he hears the turkeys call back. Such a cool thing to experience
Wow, not in particular this one, but these kind of videos got me really excited about hunting. Great stuff Steve!
This is my favorite thing I've seen callen on, cool to see him just chilling being a bro
Having literal comedians out with you on a hunt would be a blessing and a curse, they analyze and make jokes about everything 😂
These episodes are great! Steve, do you do the writing (for the narration) of the show? It’s really good and one of my favorite parts of the show.
Your personality and love for hunting is infectious. I dream of hunting and enjoying the silence, loneliness and love of hunting. Thank you for inspiration, motivation and drive to get me out doors . Cheers and good hunting!!!!
Love this content. I grew up in northern California in the Cascade range and also Sierras and it was always cool to be hiking through the woods and randomly see a flock of Turkey's.
I see Steve, Joe, and Bryan, so I click. I'm a simple man. 😌
Turkeys aint for everyone and I like that. Saves more for us die hards but there is more than enough to go around. Grateful for conservation efforts that brought these birds back from the brink and ensured they are still around today.
FRIYAYYYYYY SPECIAL 🦾 Love it when the gangs all together
Imagine coming round a corner and joe rogan has a elk in a d’arce choke....
He would most definitely be administering DMT to the Elk… lol
"Wow, so you could tell when he's nervous" The most Joe Rogan question ever.
I love how they all come from different places and can just vibe
I've had the pleasure of taking several people on their first spring gobbler hunt over the years. Sometimes the experience has been very similar to this. Even with a bird down, it just doesn't "click" with everyone. I have a theory that being the person actually running the call(s) and having to make the decisions is a big piece of the puzzle they miss when new. But, not much chance of getting to that place if you're already "over it". Oh well. To each their own. More majestic toms for us.
I don't hunt but it's definitely the same way when someone brings me fishing with their plan and we don't catch anything.
That last tom was a pretty impressive recovery. I've never seen a save like that before.
I started watching for culinary reasons. Now I own a bow. Soon I will make my ancestors proud. Thanks.
Joe: turkey ain't that great
Steve: and I took offence to that
I love your hunting videos with Joe Rogan and Byran Callen , teaching them is a blast never a full moment and they learned to love it . awesome ,get them back out hunting turkeys then they will learn to appreciate the bird . Stay safe thank you
I love the commentary honestly you can tell these are well thought out videos to explain to people who aren’t fortunate to have learned the ways of hunting
I feel bad for Steve when a hung doesn’t go well when he takes somebody out and is unsuccessful but that is part of hunting
Once you hear that gobble you’re hooked. Awesome!
Let’s not act like Rogan didn’t just miss a paper target from 20 ft away with a turkey load...
The cinematography at the end of this is outstanding.
" it's entirely possible I can shoot that turkey"
Lol. That target with a turkey pic was so funny
I absolutely love how Steve cuts his meats...I’ve always said a thinner cut meat allows for flavor consumption without just chewing for an hour....that’s good cuts
The chuckles with these three is great 😁
I’m not a fan of Joe Rogan’s comedy. But that guy has the best laugh. It’s infectious
Best episode ever. I'm from Michigan and love these 2..
Any episodes with joe and Bryan together are A+
Duncan would work with them also. Idk how he hunts tho lol
Some of the best hunts are done alone. 👍
I can’t get enough of these videos! Awesome content
8:25 : we can safely go back and try to call another Turkey
Turkey standing right by him: 😳
yeah whats that about?
It was a decoy
Heard the gobblers gobbling their gobbles. Gobble.
I'm amazed that Joe was free for two days to do this. Normally he is super busy.
Joes face when the turkeys called back was classic lol
Turkey hunting is the best thing in life!!! Far more fun the anything in the world!!!
You should get out more dude. Maybe get layed.
@@jackiekinner3826 your so simple! Haha lol I think you need to get out an go turkey hunting!I have four boys hun!!! I’m good on the getting layed! Lol A day in the woods is the best day ever!!!!! Hearing some gobbles EPIC!!!!!!
Really like these Meat Eater Video's. I also love to turkey hunt. My best hunt came one season in the late 90's, in that hunt I score a 26 3/4 pound turkey. The second week I bagged a 25 & 1/2 pounder. Both Gobblers had three beards. Southwest Missouri has a lot of big Turkey. I love that part of the State.
Lmao 😂 the sleep of a man that got his bird
Did anybody notice the bird standing watch as they take his friend away? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 that shit had me dying.
When hunting you never give up, untill the last day an last light.
shot my first jake 2 min before shooting light closed, sat for 6 hours
Ugh, fine
Facts. Right when you are packing up something will show.
I love hunting with friends but solo hunts are where I find joy and peacefulness.
Joe: “Should I become the DMTEater?”
probably not.....
That's cool but have you ever tried DMT-urkey?
The ShamWow guy 😂😂😂taking them turkey hunting
6:00 I’ve never heard of this show, but whoever realized you could rearrange the title like that gets a thumbs up
This episode still makes me laugh so much😂, best trio ever.
They made Brian take his scarf off lmaooo
Those two guys are a hoot. Love your show
If Joe would have had a big tom strutting in front of him, putting on a show, he would be hooked.
AG: Close enough to hear the spit and drum, thats what really hooks people. Brush in the way, waiting for the shot, hoping they dont catch you moving. Some days its too easy and other years you work your ass off.
I think so to Andrew and maybe call one in his self. With a easier call like a box or pot call
I can't handle watching the mosquitos at 18:48... just MAULING that dude's head while he plays it cool.
“Was that fun or not fun”
“That was awesome”
“Ok” *pound it* 😂
Just guys bein dudes.
Watching them do turkey calls while being high is an amazing time
3:52 has joe EVER shot a gun before this lmao look at how it goes flying after he takes the shot
fr tho lmao look at his fuckin grip shit was awful
He was taking his place it on the knee tip, which didn't really seem to fit him. but his second shot was much better.
@@Libreom he doesn't even have both hands on it during his first shot lol can't believe they took him out without seeing him shoot before
@@bubsterjohnson7438 dude, like i said, he was doing it the way Steve told him to the first time did you watch the vid?? obviously it didn't really suit him and he took a better grip the second shot. his grip being awful is saying that Steve's grip is awful. @Mark Daniels its a dogshit teqhnique bud I can tell neither of you guys have ever been on a turkey hunt or even shot a gun
