How far Sardinia Bay Golf & Wildlife Estate is from town and how far it is from the beach are routinely two of the first questions estate agent Alan Moore fields from prospective buyers.
When he tells them "around five minutes" he often senses they make it out to be sales talk, so he decided to get some proof.
