@peakyblinder777 To be honest, the League Cup teams we put out are just as bad, The Conference League semi-final resulted in us conceding 6 goals. It keeps happening. I could let last season go cause we progressed so far, and the squad wasn't as good, but there really wasn't an excuse from January. The squad cost a fortune and I really dont think 6th place is good enough considering the spend. But the worst part was the manner of the defeat. It was shambolic. But so was Crystal Palace. Its not acceptable at all. As good as he is, good is about it, there is a reason hes in Birmingham and not Barcelona. I thank him for what he has done but these defeats that we keep having where we look like we will concede 10 goals need to stop.

I am a Turkish fan of Aston Villa. First of all, I am sorry that we could not qualify for the Champions League. Although there were some injustices in the last match, we were also at fault. When Martinez saw the red card, I knew that we would lose anyway. In order to learn from these mistakes and come out stronger, we need to get rid of players who do not deserve this jersey. If Emiliano really wants to go, he should go. If he lacks concentration, this is the result. Lille's goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier should be taken instead of Liverpool's reserve goalkeeper. Important players should remain in this squad and we need a center forward who can compete with Ollie Watkins, who is the only alternative in the center forward position and has productivity problems when he is out of form, and if necessary, take the jersey from him. That name is Alexander Sorloth. This team should win trophies now. UEFA Europa League and local cups should be set as targets. A team that will compete for the championship should be created for the 2026/27 season. UTV. 💙💜
In lots of games we have missed easy goal scoring chances, or conceded sloppy last minute goals. Those are the reason we are not in the Champions League next, today should not have mattered. To many drawn games is what has cost us. We are not physical enough and we are not clinical enough.
