All Tutti Sound and Kitsunie Workshop albums can be found on a website called "Moriya Shrine". Melodic taste will be a bit more difficult to obtain, but it can be found after a lot of googling (*wink *wink)

Touhou is a Doujin game or Indie game as it would be called translated. Over the years Touhou gained a huge following having Fan made games, anime, manga, music, and other merchandise being made. It is a doujin series that spawned other doujin stuff after it. It has a huge fanbase because it has many characters and other things to enjoy rather than just one.
Well, it's pretty easy to identify the themes, but a whole new business to identify the circles that arranged these. However,I can tell that most of them were arranged by Tutti Sound.
If ghibli works count then I love pretty much all their OSTs, also Tengen Toppa Gurren Laggan, Haruhi Suzumiya, and Angel Beats, and Achi Kochi, and many many others.
There are a lot of people who listen to anime OST. As someone said, Yuki Kajiura composes a HELLA TON of anime songs. Clannad and Angel Beats has amazing songs too.

It's a Maiden's Capriccio & Love Coloured Master Spark remix by Tutti Sound. That particular part is from Maiden's Capriccio I think.
