@ summer wasn’t the reason, the reason was that they change the location of the valcano brick and i spent so much time rechecking if it was there.

I was very excited to get the brick rod until the npc said "you must utter the incantation" i didn't really know what it means so i did the quest again but the npc is still saying the incantation so i was sad
