Is 12 months of inventory good or bad? Asking for a friend? LOL,, These resort living places are going to be BK city. People didn't factor in Such high taxes with the cdd and add monthly $500 HOA you're basically making two mortgage payments a month. Nothing to see here. Alva should wither the real estate crash - correction. I'm sure you're closing a record high amount of properties though and I don't know what I'm talking about. This time it's different. It's Paradise now. LOL,,
Where is 12 months of inventory? Condos are the only ones at 11, right now, single-family homes are at 6 fort Myers has been in the 5 all this time, 🤷♂️
