I love how guys in Asia and other countries use what they have to the best of their skill.In the west you see videos of men with work shops that are over stocked with all the latest gadgets just for a hobby their work is good but not making money out of it and appears they would be lost without all the power tools.Watching this guys video shows that skill is the most important tool he doesn't have a big anvil but crests amazing stuff.This is a lesson for people I think.
It is now August 2023, i know Mr Seth has fixed all the small problems now with the power hammer. He makes some beautiful creations in his blacksmith shop. Best wishes from Australia

One suggestion... Add a bicycle one-way sprocket on the wheel which is directly connected to motor. Otherwise the rubber rings will wear out and will need replacement often
@@Afro408 you see the pedal pushes the rubber belt up into the rotating wheel to operate the hammer. Rest of the time the wheel connected to the motor keeps running and slipping on the rubber belt. This is slightly dangerous as well as it may cause belt to wear out faster. My suggestion is to attach a one way sprocket to the axle so that the wheel would not slip when pedal is not pushed down. It will operate in the same manner as when u stop pedalling on a bicycle. This will save the belt from wearing out faster

Everything on that machine is turning in the same direction and not being reversed. Do you see? Think about it a little more. The drive is on the opposite end of the system than on a bicycle. What he needs is a clutch on the motor itself and that would be perfect! :D

OK don’t go over the top like the U.K. where even crossing the road is risk assessed, but take sensible precautions. What is the blacksmith's name please?
It`s OK. But don`t be forgetting to oiled all threaded connections and non painted metal parts with grease like "Solidol". Especially in such humid climate zone as South-East Asia.
Why didn't you just use the lug nuts on the bottom (bolt to the floor ) and cut to length and just weld a steal plate to the spline? Anyway... Nice build
They are working with fire and open/nylon shoes... I don't think safety is a really big concern with some people especially when building materials are expensive.
Too many adds in this video. I had to watch all them adds just to see this Power hammer installed.I love this channel but RUclips put way too many adds.
A better thing would be to use a straight spring so that energy stored in the spring from the momentum of the ram accelerates the hammer downward into the anvil. This way a more massive hammer can be used and the action of the spring will increase the amount of hammer force.
