The actual definitive godzilla is heisei godzilla, not only in looks but in power since he ties with godzilla earth and the godzilla vs megaguirus godzilla since they are all star level, to put that in comparison kotm and gvk godzilla caps out at country level and thermo is at most multi continental, heisei would not feel anything that thermo would do since the furthest you could push the heat of thermo is 25 million while pulsing, that's 25 times shins beams and even then heisei can take twice that heat and barely stumble on contact(as seen by heisei taking his own atomic breath at 100x the strength and barely stumbling, heiseis atomic breath is equal to gvks beam at 500k Celsius and 100x that is 50 million Celsius), his attack is, as I said already star level due to one shotting spacegodzilla, who was born out of a black hole and instantly started absorbing supernovae, in other words he was born from an ultra dense star corpse and then started eating other dying stars energy.
